It was my first time here and it was their opening day for the year. I had heard a lot about Hanks and was looking forward to their opening day for the season. I got their peanut butter custard and lime sherbet so that I could try both because someone told me that they were both really good. Can't wait to try the rest of their flavors this year!

OMG!!!!! Hank's!!!! Grew up going here every summer with my grandma! I even took all my kids and some grandkids over the years. Definitely worth the trip all the way from Montana!

The frozen custard is always very good. I had a cone, and my husband had a sundae. They always have chocolate and vanilla plus a flavor of the day. The flavor of the day was black raspberry.

Every time we camp or even passing through we stop at hank's. Always good service. Custard is good I recommend the banana custard flavor with chocolate custard so good. Love this place.
The custard was great. Lots of flavors to choose from. The service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable.

Delicious classic custards and ice creams, including old times flavors like malt, which had me over the moon.However, their customer service is as chilly as their treats. I've also never had a small business just. KEEP my small change??? I was suppose to have $4.40 in change and I was only given the bills. I hesitated and gave the girl a questioning look, opening my hand with just the bills in it and asking, " Four forty?" To which she smiled and nodded like I was a moron. I couldn't stand to stay because there was a family behind me and the mother was close enough to feel her breath the entire time I was in line, but Hank's always have high school girls with more makeup than manners working there and if they're gonna start keeping change then I'm only ever gonna go back on the rare occasion when I have a craving for their Dusty Road again.

Been living in the area since 2014 but this is my first time here. Rode my mountain bike here from Saegertown to check it out. Wasn't sure what to expect. Counter person was friendly but their prices are pretty steep. I bought a large milkshake but compared to other places their "large" is smaller than other places and more expensive. I'm not sure if I'll be back… maybe to try something else. ??♂️ Haven't figured out what the hype is all about.
