This place was so nice. The atmosphere was pretty good, the waitress we had was so kind and sweet, and the food was delicious. The service was also great. I got the 6 piece wings plain and they were so so delicious. I also got the Italian wedding soup which was my absolute favorite. I definitely hope to stop here again sometime in the future.

Good environment with personable and effective service. The only downside was that not only did our food take 45 minutes to come out (on a relatively slow night) but we got pizza and it gave my friend food poisoning. She threw up and had shivers the rest of the night. I’m not too sure what went wrong but beware of the chicken pesto pizza.

The huggies could have been a bit larger but they did have plenty of me and cheese on them. Our daughter-in-law got the pizza with the balsamic drizzle and it was absolutely fantastic. Food was beyond phenomenal. There were so many options of Starters that we tried 5 of them and just got a medium pizza. Truffalo Chicken Dip and Pepperoni dip was AMAZING! Truffle fries with the garlic Aoli was on point! I, personally would probably pass on the Turbo fries and Italian nachos next time only because I liked the others way better! By the time the pizza came, I was full but just taking a try of it, WOW! It was cooked perfectly and the crust was one of the best I've ever had. All that food and 3 sodas came to 70$ which I thought was more then reasonable. We went around 3pm so we were the only people there but I would definitely recommend. Some of the best food in this area I'd say!Kid-friendliness: Kids went with my husband and I. Kids drink cup was a huge plus for my younger one.

Originally, when the owner was onsite, everything went smooth and the food was great. The owner is not there as regularly and the food has taken a nose dive. He last two times we tried to eat there ou food was over cooked and we had to return it. I think the cooks a not paying close attention to what they are supposed to be doing. In addition, the original Bar/Service Manager has left and service has deteriorated. We will give it another try in 6 months, or so, to see if they have fixed things.

It is beyond words what The Lounge is like! When you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by the staff, the atmosphere is amazing, the staff members never stop! They are always hustling and making sure everyone is good! BUT! The food and drinks are beyond anything I could of expected! The pizza is by far the best I’ve ever had! The food is always hot and delicious! This place is a huge bonus to Conneaut Lake!

Hands down the best place I have been to in the area! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff was helpful and their menu is perfect. Very impressive drink selection as well! Would recommend 10/10 and will definitely be going back!! It was kid friendly and my 13 year old daughter loved the pizza! Anyone who has children can appreciate the fact that kids don't hold punches when it comes to food!! I would say if there is anyone that thinks the prices are high, I would suggest staying home and cooking yourself because everything on the menu is absolutely reasonably priced!
