Like really. It's not science. I feel like I'm maybe being rude. But, you weren't there. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato like I do at every other Starbucks or dunkin' donuts. There's only been a few that don't know what they're doing. This is one of them. I ordered the same thing I always order light ice( because I drink it slowly and it gets watered down) with two Splenda. (I'm usually going through the drive-thru can't add it myself) So the drink tasted like flavored milk I tasted absolutely no espresso. I usually cut him a break I took it back in I was very friendly. I asked if you could fix it or remake it. He said he would remake it. A different girl made it this time. Just as awful. Taste it absolutely no caramel. I asked her did you add Splenda. I watched her make it. She never out of the splenda she lied and said she did. The cup was filled with ice. So I then ask for a fork because I had to take out the ice myself. I mean it was almost like it was done at a spite made the same way out of spite. They were not a happy crew. The only positive part was the girl who waited on me was friendly and she had a smile on her face. I didn't see your name it was a little blonde girl. Of course at that point I had wasted 20 minutes and I didn't have time to wait for another one. So I basically just threw away $6 cuz I can't drink this thing. Terrible! Seriously! I mean don't you guys use measuring like they do it all the other locations? Thank God this isn't the one by my house I won't be back.

Customer service is what really caused me to write a review separate from the dozens of DDs I've visited in recent years.I was fairly irate, I admit, when I assumed the staff had messed my order up. However, one employee (Sam or Samantha I believe?) was very polite throughout the entire ordeal and was able to verify that it was actually me that made the mistakes. Not only was she calm, she was still polite throughout our exchange, (to the point of even still apologizing after we determined I was the idiot!) that's something that management should really applaud.Thank you!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp and entrance here.

Quick drive+thru, friendly young lady took my order and whomever made my iced latte that day, kudos to you as, it was perfect! I pass this Dunkin' a few times a month and the great service is steady-strong! Would recommend for a quick coffee pitstop!Parking: Ample parking! A nice lot designed for Dunkin' Customer Use Only!
