Ordered a 4 piece meal to go.Opened box at home and found they gave me 4 chicken legs. Place is dirty, flys everywhere. There is no ice in the drink machine. Wish I would have gone somewhere else..

I only gave a one star because I couldn't go any lower. The place in Connellsville sucks. Not only was I over charged the manager had a bad attitude. Paying $7 for 3 chicken tenders the same as the meal is ridiculous. When i said if I'm paying the same price then give me the drink and fries in which he replied he would have to charge me! Claims its due to inventory reasons! Then the manager had the nerve to say to my husband "you get what you pay for", really ?!?! Then only to come home and find a huge hair on my chicken!!! Gross!!! Lost my business forever!!

This review is for the manager and girl behind the counter. Both individuals went above and beyond to help me with the online app. Just wanted to say thank you and acknowledge when people do good, rather than complaining about bad service.So thank you guys!

I don't know if they are under new management but the food & service was great. The food was really good, fresh & hot. The potatoes had a butter flavor & didn't taste like plain instant.

Disgusting. First time ever walking in and it will be my last. Floor was so sticky it made ridiculous noise walking on it. Staff are touching their faces and then the food. Trash everywhere. Water leaks in the ceiling. Place smelled like pee. This picture was the only one I could take while the employee kept staring at me. Just a random floss pick stuck to the floor. Just gross. Guarantee people get sick eating here.
Parking: Poorly maintained lot. Their sign is an obstacle to get around before you can actually park

Went through the drive thru. The new 20 dollar fill up I don't recommend. The biscuits where hard as rocks when got them home. Maybe got 6 little pieces of chicken some fries. Not what IAM use to. They have gotten cheaper by the minute. Not going back there any time soon.

Went thru the drive thru, told they I was using a coupon (read it off to them), ordered. I paid and they drive-thru cashier threw the one copy of the receipt out, never handing it back with my card. . Stop and checked the order found a copy of the receipt at the bottom of the bag. They had made a mistake on the order price. We were using a coupon. I went back to get it corrected and had the cashier throw the coupon back at me telling me to us it use it later. The assistant manager (?) just shrugged about it. The lack of caring and the attitude was what was shocking.

Went to drive thru. Ordered extra crispy. When I checked box had greasy soggy regular chicken. Also waited long time. When drove around back 3 workers out side smoking and carrying on. Went inside to complain. Said sorry out of crispy. Said they were under staffed. Wanted refund . Gave me a hard time but finally got it. Place is filthy. Uncareing rude workers. When they are working. Wonder why health dept hasn't closed them. Please people . Don't go there. Should have a zero Star rating
Got mashed potatoes, wanted fries. They exchanged no problem. Great fries.

I'm really More disappointed that their isn't an option 0 Or -⭐ & So everyone IS Aware If you Need a Job I highly recommend that you go everywhere else too find a job,as their "cook" their IS Infact a Crackhead & If the cook knows the person who's applying has strong work ethics (& they might actually have to do their jobs thoroughly & efficiently) will lie too the managers that do work their (& because obviously they are in effective workers themselves) will listen to a lie & 1 person pointing a finger with false accusations with No proof of the accusations thrown about that person ,when in fact They Don't wanna hire someone That Could cause them too become Demoted in their own positions because They in fact Are Worthless workers themselves! Also I'd Highly recommend IF you do decide to eat at This particular kfc I'd highly suggest sitting inside,watching how they work,how clean they are,& also how efficient they actually Are as well as their friendly,professional attentiveness not just with customers but how they Run the business especially with the hiring process they are Very descriminative,judgemental & unprofessional to say in the most polite way I can.

If I could give zero stars I would a couple months back I got mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese and a man stuck his bare hand in my 1 yr Old daughters mashed potatoes to get the mac n cheese out ? I told someone about it they don't wear gloves there and the store is disgusting.
