Did a pick up order. My husband went to get it. The guy told him "no cookie cuz uhh we don't have any" ( we ordered some cookies) then the guy walked away. My husband just grabbed our subs and came home. Thinking the guy must have refunded us or whatever. I've been trying to call the store for an hr now to see what's going on because I was charged for cookies we didn't receive and no one answers the phone. Very sloppy customer service. I know it's only $8 for the box of cookies but it's an item we didn't receive so I want a refund.

Gift card machine didn't work and worker did not know what to do he ran next door and got another worker still nothing after 30 mins and the fact my son had surgery few days earlier.... Gave it to us.... Soggy buns.....

Place never really looks clean tbh the workers are ahh no one ever really seems like they wanna actually work here this is mine and my family's worst subway my sister has even tried to order a sandwich here a while back and the worker literally said she didn't really have to make it for us since it wasn't on the menu anymore yet it's subway and your supposed to be allowed to kind of make your own sandwhich would not recommend this location just drive the extra mile or so to the subway location in Walmart

While the nice lady was in the middle of answering my question very professionally is when this other lady employee, maybe a manager or supervisor(I hope not because she definitely shouldn't be)comes out of the back room being very rude with a very poor attitude,interrupting by talking loudly over the lady who was already helping me. I will not be going back to this subway anytime soon.

Sandwich maker seemed bothered to have a customer. Once finished with my sub (which was very skimpy on the meat), he tossed it at me on the counter. Took my coupon and charged me more than the deal. Charged me for a cookie he was giving me in place of chips. VERY poor attitude. His co-worker was very nice. Fountain drinks were out of order. Drink cooler was almost empty.

They're Never Open! I called to order at 10:05a (hours Say 10a-8p) and Nobody Answered! My husband stopped on his way to work 15 minutes later and the doors were Locked! Guess you lost another sale....this wasn't the 1st time this has happened!
