I got a footlong chicken teriyaki today and the lady had a horrible attitude and bad customer service skills any other time I go in everything is fine but I never seen this lady before she was wearing a bandana or something on her head

Well for one, the store is closed for a big portion of the day it seems like anytime that I'm at Walmart and I want to get Subway the restaurant is shuttered or there is literally one person working there and they can barely even keep up with the ingredient prep. They're also seems to be some sort of problem with keeping them up with difficult customers. There was a lady who literally took 50 minutes to order a sandwich. And by the time she finished her sandwich she had the girl remake it as a larger size because she couldn't even remember that she had just ordered a 6 in. Please. Either hire more people, or just close the restaurant down for good and allow a better restaurant to take its place. please stop torturing the employees, and paying customers who would like to consume food and would like it to be conveniently available when they are at the store shopping.
Dietary restrictions: Yes there are dietary restrictions to this restaurant. The restrictions are that you may not even get food here because it might just be closed the time that you attempt to go and visit this location. Or they may not have any of the ingredients prepared to make the sandwich that you were looking for that afternoon.

Literally stood in front of two women for 20 minutes while they ignored me and talked to each other and did online orders, Asked so politely if they could take my order the ONE time one of them looked at me and they said no after they made they're online orders. I had 30 minutes for lunch didn't even have time to eat waited because it would have taken 5 minutes to make my order. I was the ONLY person in there besides my brother who was waiting with me

I'm 51 years old and been to many subways in my time and have never ever complained about there service the food always great but LET ME GIVE YOU A HEADS UP ON THIS SUBWAY in Walmart. The last time I ordered from there was a complete jaw dropping experience I don't know the girls name but boy I wish I Did so I could warm you all. For one I was waiting for about 10 min while she was sitting on her butt in a chair on her phone ( I was the only one there at the time) when she finally came to all me what I wanted I told her I asked her what she thought was better the wheat bread or white she said she wouldn't know in a snide remark. I take it I ruined her phone time.lol so I finally got what I wanted and when I paid she had the absolute nerve to tell me about a tip. I give her one even though she deserves NONE. So I figured she just had a bad day but no my girl went up there a couple days ago and told me she had a bad experience at the same exact subway but a different lady. All I can say is whoever owns this subway if you want a much more business I would Highly suggest getting rid of that staff up there cause they are Ignorant, Lazy and Hateful. I don't think I will ever get a subway sandwich from that Subway as long as I see those same ones working there..* I'm sure all you have to do is ask your own employees who is ignorant and they will give you that answer

It's 6/4/2023,4th of July. It's currently 12:15 on a Tuesday.I've gotta say that I thought I've seen it all with this place. Went in just now to use a BOGO coupon. Low and behold and to my COMPLETE DISBELIEF the gate was closed and a "closed for lunch" sign posted on it!?All the while the lady employee on duty was sitting in their diningroom with her kids HAVING LUNCH!! Talk about missing a few upstairs! I know she needs a break but when your one employee you take your lunch later or earlier than THE BUSIEST TIMES OF THE DAY!! Eh well,what can I expect. They sit inside of Walmart....!

Got one of the platters that fed at least 7 or more. It was really fresh, many different selections of subs all condiments were on the side. The tray was done very neatly. All I had to do is pick up the tray at the given time I requested. When I called, i was greeted by a very pleasant lady, she explained how I would go about ordering this tray. The food was fresh, neatly organized and very nicely talked to. I would diffinitly recommend this subway. GREAT JOB!!!!!

They can't even get an online order right on any of the 3 foot long subs I purchased. Went to pick up the order and every employee is sitting/standing around. If I could give no stars I would. If you aren't in the store watching their every move, you will get the exact opposite of what you ordered
