I'd give it 0 stars but have to select atleast 1, order food aid it would be 30-45 mins, 1and a half goes by so I called on one line no one picked up 30mins so I decided to call on a second line for 15 mins no answer. All I wanted to do was cancel it. So now I drive to store still on the phone in my hand 45mins now and I walk in and they haven't even started my order. I told them to cancel it. The excuse was we only have one drive and one cook. Then why are you even open? Or better yet turn off online ordering or call me telling it will be a while. They said they credited my order. Problem try to order my credited order no one never answers. So guess I'll never use it. Worse customer service ever. It should just be shut down and make finger wings and other things bigger

My pizza was supposed to show up 2 hours ago. They said they delivered it but i never got a call or notification that it was delivered. They said they would send the same order out again and it would be there within 25 mins. Over an hour later I have no food and I’m out $30. I tried to call but was left waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over 15 minutes. I want my money back.

Zero stars. Placed an order for delivery, after an hour an a half I called to say I would pick it up and they hadn't even made it yet! This location is the absolute worst. Do not select delivery, you won't get your food!
😡PSA: Do not tip until you receive your food. Waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery when email confirmation had delivery at 30 minutes. Called and was told many orders at the same time and only one person was making pizza. Asked for a refund and was told no that can't be done. Unacceptable! Never again!!

Had 60 points so ordered a free pizza for delivery. Paid extra for toppings and delivery and tip. Pizza never came. Got voicemail later that day that there was no driver, and I would have to pick pizza up and get a refund. I was at work so couldn’t check my phone and couldn’t pick up. I never received refund and they took my 60 points as well. If you don’t have drivers why not turn off the online delivery option. Or maybe do a better job staffing this has happened to me quite a few times now.

Tonight it took almost 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. It was cold when it got here. I'm also suspicious that my driver ate some of my thin crust pizza since the slices were all over the box

Never order from this location: on March 19th I placed an online order at 6:41 PM at 7:31 PM I called the store after seeing the tracker said that my order was complete the rude woman who answered the phone said the driver was on their way in a few minutes 7:41PM rolls around and it an hour now that I still haven’t received my order (a small pizza and a drink) and I live less than 10 minutes away. I call again and the same woman rudely said it was just an hour. At 8:08 the driver finally arrives and the pizza is cold and over cooked. I called the store again to ask for the manager the same woman answers and I tell her my food is cold and I would just like a refund. With zero apologies she offers a credit and I state that I would just like a refund she tells me to bring the pizza back and I ask when/how my refund will be issued and she just says bring the pizza back. This is terrible service and I will unfortunately never return back and will be reporting this manager.
