Not sure whether they chose retirement or if they were forced into it because of the construction and landlord raising their rent, but I will miss this place. The best Chinese food in the area and such sweet people. I wish them all the best.

We’ve been eating at Golden Dragon since 1982 when it opened. We love the food. It is always consistent. The owners are wonderful people.

Went there on lunch for hot and sour soup and Hawaiian Chicken. Hot and sour was good but when I opened up the Hawaiian Chicken, this is what I found (see attached). Called and asked if I got the right item and they said that’s how it is always made. If this is how all their chicken is, then BEWARE. No flavor, cold, and when I told them how dissatisfied I was all they did was chuckle say thank you and hung up. Never again.

Went here for fried chicken . The inside wasn’t cooked and the French fries were old . Never again

In town for hockey tournament. Wanted takeout. Had good reviews and was close to the hotel. Very efficient. Food was hot, ready & waiting for me when I got to the restaurant. (Right now it’s takeout only but that was what I wanted). Got egg drop and hot n sour soup, vegetable dumplings and chicken lo mein. Soups were as expected and hit the spot. Vegetable dumplings were AMAZING! Lo mein is narrow noodles (I like!) and small chicken pieces (also like). Very good!! Came with all the condiments, plates, utensils, napkins and chopsticks. Also had fortune cookies and my favorite - HOT TEA BAGS!! Never have I EVER had that with takeout Chinese. Yay! Very pleased and highly recommend!!

Went to The Golden Dragon for the 1st time.Their Pepper steak and onion, shrimp rolls, shrimp toast, chicken lo mein was good,like the flavors .Like the crispy noodles and the hot mustard too.Will be going back .

Never had anything but a positive experience here, either eating in or takeout. Pleasant indoor dining- great crunchy noodles, good service. Quick and efficient for takeout.

Barely edible. General Taos chicken was gross. The chicken itself was dry, and the sauce was weird and gummy.
