The store was dirty as hell, and the cookies were hard and old. This store is nothing like the other one I had been to in Philadelphia. I would not recommend doing business at this location. Not to mention the staff looked dirty and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help you.

Way more than just super-tasty cookies! Try other dessert and sweet snack items such as their unusual ice creams and brownies! I had the Carmellionaire ice cream and I prayed to eat it slowly and I couldn’t. The seasonal cookie, the Pumpkin Spice Latte is not to be missed! The manager at the Conshohocken store was so enthusiastic and wanted to show me as many baked items as he could since they use a reader board and don’t actually have the cookies and brownies out on display. The ice creams were, however, visible and tempting. Tonight was their nationwide PJ party with special pricing and free purple T-Shirts for the first 25 people who came in, wearing their PJs. Did you go?!

Enjoying my fresh out the oven HOT cookies but food handling and safety protocol is a major concern for the entire company at this point. My partner ran into the shop for me and grabbed two vegan double chocolate chips, that were served cold. I learned this once I had bit into the cookie. This is not the first time I’ve had cookies reheated and returned over the counter, despite leaving the store (potentially contaminating the entire bakery workspace).
