My travel buddy and I got cookies from here a few weeks ago. We got a four pack of cookies were fresh and warm. The service was really good, the store as a whole was very clean too. Will definitely be back again soon.

The cotton candy ice is taste like love on your taste buds. That ice cream flavor is a must try with a birthday cake cookie. After walking the trail I had to stop by and try that new flavor of ice cream I kept seeing as an ad on social media.

I placed a late-night order through DoorDash to satisfy a sweet craving, but for some reason, it was never delivered. I contacted DoorDash, and they did refund the total amount. To my surprise, the next day, I received a complimentary order from Insomnia Cookies at my doorstep — a thoughtful gesture that really speaks volumes on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I went from super frustrated with not getting the food delivered to becoming a recurring customer.
The box included a deluxe cookie and a rich, flavorful brownie — the brownie was definitely the standout for me. It also came with a scoop of ice cream, which I couldn’t quite identify, but it was a nice touch and added to the experience.

The girl working at night may 16th, 2025 is literally the most miserable human I have ever encountered.
Update she was working again June 11 and was even more miserable than before. We asked her how she was and told her to have a good day and we got nothing but stares. Like how is she employed?
The lady I met working there today was so very helpful and so kind! Definitely wish I got her name so I could give her a huge shout out!❤️

Didn't receive my full order, cookies weren't warm as advertised, asked to speak to a manager and was told there isn't one on duty, then told any further assistance i would need would have to be through door dash other than just refunding me for the missing item, I don't even want the other stuff anymore, definitely won't be ordering from here again
