Food was good but the service was extremely slow. Our server actually forgot to put in our entrees but she admitted this and our appetizers were taken off the bill and we were offered free dessert which was really appreciated. It was also very loud as we were sitting next to a group of women who were literally screaming to each other.

It actually started as a very nice brunch. My GF and I moved to the bar and where having a really great time with the bar tender. Then things changed. Not somewhere I would recommend for an older crowd as the management does not believe in the customer is right or even listen to their version of the tale.

Awesome experience. Excellent food, service and ambience. Everyone was very nice right from the door. I had the Chicken and Waffle. It's a great value since you also get 2 slices of bacon, a fried egg and breakfast potatoes. I can't remember our server's name but she was a young blond who was really pleasant and responsive to our needs. We loved the environment. It felt like we were outside even though we weren't, with a comfortable temperature and plenty of light. I'll definitely return.

Wings were good. Other food, chicken Caesar and entre were fine. Red wine was too warm. Waitress was friendly and accommodating. Hostess seemed bothered to be there. She managed a smile after we were seated. Noise level was quite high so although the dining room wasn't particularly crowded, those there needed to speak loudly. Guitar player tried but couldn't overcome shouting conversations. Good large TVs for game days.

Superb luncheon. Bartender was great and so Was the waitress(same person). the decor was perfect as was the food. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.
The lack of customer service turned us off. There were no modifications allowed. No mushrooms allowed on my cheesesteak. Our server begrudgingly allowed us to pay with 4 credit cards instead of 2. No replacement drink offered when our tall glass got knocked over. Food was good though.

I have been to Jasper's several times over the years and never had a bad experience. Until last night. I talked this place up to a couple of friends and brought them there for their first and maybe last time. We were seated and it took about 10 minutes for the server to come to our table. She comes takes our drink order and we asked for water, she says no problem. 15 minutes later the drinks arrived without the water being served by who I thought was the manager and I asked him about the water and he apologizes (not his fault mind you) about 5 minutes later, a young girl brings the water (spill water on my wife's shoe) with I thought was with attitude by placing the water glasses down in an aggressive manner. The food and drink were very good as usual and was the saving grace if the evening. Needles to say I embarrassed I was recommending this place to my friends and even apologized to them saying I am surprised by what we were experiencing and stated it's never been like this. Understaffed or non experienced staff or place not managed properly? I don't know. I will be taking a break from Jasper's for awhile.
