The lack of customer service turned us off. There were no modifications allowed. No mushrooms allowed on my cheesesteak. Our server begrudgingly allowed us to pay with 4 credit cards instead of 2. No replacement drink offered when our tall glass got knocked over. Food was good though.

I have been to Jasper's several times over the years and never had a bad experience. Until last night. I talked this place up to a couple of friends and brought them there for their first and maybe last time. We were seated and it took about 10 minutes for the server to come to our table. She comes takes our drink order and we asked for water, she says no problem. 15 minutes later the drinks arrived without the water being served by who I thought was the manager and I asked him about the water and he apologizes (not his fault mind you) about 5 minutes later, a young girl brings the water (spill water on my wife's shoe) with I thought was with attitude by placing the water glasses down in an aggressive manner. The food and drink were very good as usual and was the saving grace if the evening. Needles to say I embarrassed I was recommending this place to my friends and even apologized to them saying I am surprised by what we were experiencing and stated it's never been like this. Understaffed or non experienced staff or place not managed properly? I don't know. I will be taking a break from Jasper's for awhile.

This is a friendly tavern-like place with an upbeat vibe. The food is good though not fancy. Because of all the wood surfaces, the restaurant does get pretty load when it is busy.

I usually like Jaspers. I return every year for the anniversary of a first date. This was the fifth year in a row. The outdoor area was loud and it felt like they were rushing us a bit. We ordered a cheese board and had barely had touched it when our dinners were in front of us. They cleared our plates as we were eating our last crumb. Just felt rushed. Not sure I will be returning next year.

Went here for my 21st yesterday for lunch! It was a magical experience to sit outside it was a great vibe. They also gave me complimentary cake! And at 10 dollar gift card overall! a great experience!

The atmosphere was great. Limited menu. Prices a little high for the size of entree my husband ordered the scallop entree it had only 4 scallops and with little asparagus and cucumbers @$38. Cocktails were reasonable. I had Caesar salad with blackened chicken and it was delicious @ $22 good portion.

Great meal, went in for a quick bite, shared buffalo cauliflower and a burger and a salad. All were perfect Burger cooked as ordered, the salmon on the salad was cooked perfectly md rare as ordered. Our server Jewel was outstanding. Super feiendly,Attentive, accurate, remembered everything. She lives up to her name 🙂

We sat outside but I didn't realize it was enclosed which was kind of a bummer but I should have researched before I made the reservation. It was very loud with the acoustic player so had trouble talking to our friends. We ordered the corn dip which was not good...it was so soupy and would not recommend. We also ordered the crab dip which came with just some very basic crackers. Disappointed in the appetizers and ambiance of the enclosed outdoor area

Our party of four had 3 different entrees and every one was very pleased with their choices.The scallops were delicious as was the shrimp & crab pasta. One salad was enough for three! We also had the cheese board and all three cheeses were wonderful. We ate on the covered patio because we had a dog with us, but it was comfortable. Naturally, noise is more prevalent in a hard surface environment but we were still able to converse.

Well we came in the afternoon so we didn't get a sense of the scene, it was very slow but the patio was beautiful to sit in and the ambiance seems relatively relaxed. Since we just had an appetizer so I'll report on the food next time but we will visit again and it is beautiful for a place down the street in Conshy, with many options near home Im glad we tried this one.
