Sadly an awful experience tonight. Our appetizer never came out, the soda was flat and required 3 requests for a replacement, one of the meals was incorrect and took another 15 minutes before coming out, and waited over 40 min to pay the check. Gabriel was inattentive and never offered an apology about the delays or lack of service. I will not return to this location. We had to ask multiple times for bread. Overall, the experience was not pleasant.
The food was okay. We sent back our steak twice due to miscommunication with the server. We not get our bread. Our drinks came out after appetizers.

Catering is chef's kiss. Used them once before for a family. But pretty last minute we had about 10-12 people to feed. I called to order since there was some allergies and I didn't want any miscommunication using the online ordering. Sarah was able to accommodated a large bundle, small order of steaks, small side & an individual meal in around 5hrs. Everyone was astonished at the amount of food. Everything was great, not one complaint.

This restaurant has good food and good service. Our waitress was very attentive, made sure we had everything we needed. Only been here once, but will definitely go back in the future.
I ordered the filet for takeout. My expectations are already low for chain steak from a "cheaper" chain, and lower for takeout.However, medium rare is not uncooked.The 2nd photo is after I got home and threw it on the cast iron skillet for a minute each side, thinking just needed a quick touch up...nope, absolutely raw inside. Had to throw it in the oven to get the internal temp right...basically cooked it myself.Their mashed potatoes were good, but the steamed veggies were not.The take out people were very quick and friendly, so that's a plus.

I go to outback often and would normally give five stars. Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at our most recent dinner. We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was the only thing he wanted to do that day. Our waitress Marina was very rude. She made smart remarks while taking our order, and was disrespectful to my mother who kindly asked to have our table cleared. We were a part of 11 and had a lot of empty plates & cups. My son was upset that no one sang happy birthday to him but we heard another table being sung to. The rest of the staff were very polite & helpful.I would definitely be asking for a different waitress if I were to ever get her again
