Hannah was courteous, efficient, friendly and polite. Really made our visit to P.J.Whelihan’s fun.

Was in last week and the service at the bar was awful even though the bar wasn't crowded. It's a chain bar, not a high quality restaurant, but still you expect a certain level of service. This place just doesn't have the staff to provide that. Lot's of seats, lots of TV screens. Not enough servers. I have had better service before so maybe it was just that particular waitress.

Not a good experience. Bad service from the waiter. The waiter brought our food and drinks with no eating utensils and straws or napkins. The food was not that good and the staff seemed very inexperienced along with the management team. They served us the wrong food we ordered and the service was very slow.
