My first time, and I only went because the adjacent Qdoba was closed. It was super good. I don't eat chicken so they substituted for steak and I got the Chipotle Avocado 😋
It is what it is... lunch meat/cheese was skimpy - dry - not very good honestly. We used to like Panera, but definitely slipped in quality. Tables not very clean.

One of the nicer Paneras locations around. I particularly like the rear private room with a fireplace which is excellent for opening a laptop and getting work done. Food service is on par with Panera's excellent selection and the service is kind and quick.

Hardly any lettuce in my salad. Do takeout orders only get half of the plastic container filled? Disappointing as I was on the run and couldn’t return to make it right.

Very disappointed with my lunch here. This was my first time at this location. The pick 2 salad was so small. The container was not even half way filled. Now I know when you dine in, they give you a bowl, which is a much larger portion. Now to my “chicken salad” sandwich. It was basically all lettuce. I could barely taste the chicken salad. Will not be doing takeout again, because they clearly chince on the portion sizes.
We had a wonderful experience at the Ridge Avenue Panera Bread. The cashier was pleasant & understanding. I believe her name was Victoria. Thanks for being kind and for your friendly suggestions. Your made my day. The prep team was spot on with our order & for that I am thankful. Thank you management team for your efforts in training your staff. It shows you take the job seriously. Thank you staff for all you do in getting everyone's order out & double checking everything. We had a wonderful lunch once we got to our destination & nothing was missing. Keep up the great work everyone. I will continue to enjoy Panera Bread restaurant. Happy New Year. Sue

I order from Panera at least once a week. I always get the same thing and they always do an amazing job. I even ask for extra ranch sometimes and they give me whole extra container of ranch! The day I order from Panera is a good day.

Before this, the last time I was at a Panera Bread was about 5 years ago. I came with some friends to hunker down for finals. The staff were very friendly and the food was SO good. Though please put less cheese in the soups 😭. Will come back again!
