I want to say thank you to Ob for being such a kind young man and for showing excellent hospitality to every customer at Qdoba. Last night, I had the pleasure of having him as my server again, and I truly appreciated his positive energy and the care he put into making my food to perfection. Great service like his always makes the experience better!

This qdoba has gotta be the worst. Hard rice which i didn't know was possible then you say something about the rice being hard the employee looks at you confused lol like she doesn't know what that means. For real its like the poured it right out the box into the burrito. Then there's hardly any overcooked steak, they skimp on the quac and sour cream in the burrito then you ask for it on the side and they charge you. Then after all them problems, you bite into the burrito everything is in one spot cause the just throw it all together. Im done with this place and wasting my money. Never had a problem here before until now... If you want to be greeted with attitudes and miserable employees that don't care about their part time job then this is the place for you. Oh yeah and no hair nets when smashing the big bowl of avocados for the guacamole. That's what I want, hair with my guacamole. But at least they don't charge extra for that.

I usually have a good meal here but the chips I got with my takeout smelled and tasted like rancid oil. The restaurant also smelled the same. It was gross.

EDIT. They no longer have Impossible products. Sigh. I am done with Qdoba. So sad. So, I was actually picking up someone else's food, and noticed Qdoba had Impossible meat as an option!!!!! THIS NEVER HAPPENS. East coast, or at least Philadelphia-area Mexican-type chains, never offer soy meat alternatives. I was so excited. So I ordered an Impossible bowl AND IT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD. Drizzled some roasted tomato salsa on top, it RULED. Once, they accidentally gave me beef instead of Impossible, which was really annoying as I didn't realize til they were already closed, but the manager was so nice and made it right, right away. I have worked in the restaurant industry most of my life and understand when you're short-staffed, orders can get messed-up. What matters is that you fix it for the customer. Which they did, and I am pleased to report the mistake never happened again. This is my new favorite place to get dinner. I find many taco meat seasoning too spicy. Here, it's flavorful but doesn't burn the crap out of my mouth. I seriously adore this place. The employees are really nice and helpful. Sooo much better than the other taco-ish chains in the area. I'll never get quick taco/bowl dinners anywhere else.

It's alright here, as a once-in-a-while meal place.

Wasted $30. Chips were cooked in stale oil and had to be thrown out. Veggies and meat were burnt and ruined the whole bowl. Want good tasting food, go somewhere else.

I love Qdoba in general but this location I do not like. I’ve been here a few times and haven’t really had bad experiences, but I have noticed they are always out of things like rice and sauces and drinks. Today I went in for a bowl and the guy that made my bowl skimped everything. He put the tiniest dollop of guac on my bowl I mean I don’t ever complain about something like that but it was the tiniest scoop. I actually just stared for a sec cuz there’s no way you thought that tiny scoop was even okay. I should’ve said something but come on. Chipotle doesn’t even do that and they skimp everything. Part of the reason I think he skimped it was cuz the guac was running out, but if you work at a food place and something someone orders runs out why not just ask if they mind waiting for a new batch? Idk it’s not that difficult? You gotta make it anyway. The girl that checked me out was also rude, she seems very dismissive I’ve seen her before she always looks angry and displeased. I’m mainly mad at how little he put in my bowl and actually thought it was cool cuz I’ve been here before and they never do that usually. And the attitude from the girl made it worse. They need new employees. The stores is usually messy and the kitchen looks dirty, the employees clearly don’t keep up with it or care. I always wondered why the stores always empty but after reading reviews and seeing how it is I can tell people just don’t like the location.

Food was pretty good. Vegetables undercooked but were fine. What stood out is the poor service. Absolutely no sense of urgency among staff. Waited in line (4 persons ahead of me) for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Other people in line left out of frustration. Don’t recommend this location.
