All the Saladworks near my job or where I lived closed down. I was glad to have another one not too far from my house. However, the place is very dark. It makes sense why it was empty. That and the fact that mice ran across my feet when I was leaving. I never would’ve gotten my food if I’d known. I know I won’t be back though.

A bit pricey. Salad was ok. The store itself needs a remodel. Very dated and dark.

The owner is so nice- it makes me sad not to be able to give 5 stars. This salad works is very clean, I appreciate that. The girl who checked me out today was who I had the past two times and soo nice! They also used to make the best salad of all locations but recently the people who are making the salads are miserable / the portions are extremely minimal. I understand cutting costs in business but the issue is, your repeat customers will notice the cut too. The price has gone up, yet the serving is smaller. It doesn’t make sense. Today the lady making my salad barely filled the already small 1/4 cup w turkey so I had to ask “can I have a bit more” and she proceeded to charge me for 2 additions of turkey. If I’m paying for a $20 create your own salad, I’d like a $20 salad. Very disappointed the past 2 times I’ve been here.

Would never go back. Went in there was an African American man with tattoos I tried to be nice say hi how are you he gives us a cold look and when my wife said thank you she got no answer he acts really rude and then right after me and my wife get done he serves an African American woman and he was very nice to her. Would not go back.

The portions here are so small even when you state that you're willing to be up charged for extra quantities. They switched to smaller bowls overall while gathering items from the salad bar for you.A lady was handling money then going back to gather salad bar items. It's disappointing because we have recently gone to other locations in the area and they are plentiful with quantities, friendlier overall, and cleaner. I understand paying for more ingredients but to be charged $20 for a salad that weighs less than 1 lb is really unfair.

Ordered pick up and it was ready when I arrived, staff were attentive and helpful. Food was good but you could also get a good salad from Wawa with actual chicken. I can’t understand how the breaded chicken crumbs they serve are called chicken ? the fried onion crisps were bigger. and they give way too much dressing for salad portion. Honestly it’s just not worth the price in my opinion.

This place is terrible. They need more professional people working at this location. I order a lot from this location but never again! I ordered from the Conshohocken location this evening and they forgot my soup and toppings for my kids salad. I called and the women accused me of lying and would not reimburse me. When i tried to call back they would not answer the phone and the voicemail was full. Chopped is way better anyway!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️ Not only are the staff outstanding, but the food itself is excellent. Fair pricing for the enjoyment. If you’re looking for a fresh salad on a nice day, this Saladworks is your place.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables.

Kid-friendliness: They have meals designated to kids specifically and are very kind to the children.

Parking: Plenty of parking spots surrounding the location.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are all one level.

Dietary restrictions: They have any form of Peanuts on a separate counter away from other foods.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY ON SALAD WORKS WEBSITE! The responsibility falls on the third-party vendor that picks up the food. Therefore, when said vendor does not deliver your food, Salad Works will do nothing about it because it’s not “their” responsibility. And when you drive there to re-order, you’ll pay again for the same order. And you can’t actually contact the third party vendor because you the customer did not place the order with third party vendor therefore they have no way of tracking that you placed an order with them. Again, something Salad Works doesn’t understand.2/20/23 - Still waiting for refund to date. It can't be that difficult to issue a refund.

Very reasonably priced and a nice staff. Maybe not as high quality as chopt or sweetgreens but an excellent place to get a salad.
