I want to offer some feedback to your staff. Dining there with a friend on May 9th, I found the meal to be very good with a couple of slips. My friend's aspargus salad and cod were excellent. The mousse au chocolat was fine. However, two items I chose needed some rethinking: the pastry for the vol au vent and the rabbit. I have had the pleasure of dining at Spring Mill Cafe on many occasions. My wife and I both love the atmosphere and the food. Recently, I made a small family luncheon for my wife's special birthday. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere extraordinary.
