Super friendly and accommodating people working here Friday night
They don't respect customers.
Small, and crowded
Customer service was average except what I must say is that their food was good. I enjoy my orders and frequently attend this

We visited this starbucks on visit to Plymouth meeting. The first stop was dunkin' we felt that was too small, then went to this Starbucks, boy, this place is small compared with other Starbucks. The croissants, coffee and bagel were good. The service was fast but cluttered to figure out which one is your order.I was looking for the potato special but they didn't carry it. Good place and staff.

Usually Starbucks employees are very kind and helpful. This evening my husband and I encountered the 2 rudest employees ever. They seemed as if they couldn't be bothered and had an overall negative attitude. Won't be returning to this location.

Been coming here for over a year. The place looked way better before the renovation. Now it feels less welcoming, decorative, and is linear like walking into a Subway and being rushed out. Kind of lost its charm for me..
Overpriced.Walking into the store is like playing the most dangerous game of Frogger ever due to the amount of aloof people playing around on their phones while haphazardly rolling through the parking lot.Not worth getting taken out at the knees because Susan couldn't be bothered to wait until she got inside to purchase another $9.99 for her candy crush addiction. Also, the baked goods are bad. Did I mention everything here is overpriced?

The cafe looked better before the renovation with more seats! With fall and winter approaching, who wants to sit outside. Now we have to go to Panera.

Recently, this Starbucks has been nicely renovated. Please see my updated photos.
Kind and working hard staffs provide prompt and good service whenever I visit.
I wish its interior is a little bit cozy and it's restroom is cleaner. In my opinion, not only this location but also most of Starbucks restrooms are not clean. This fact always surprises and disappoints me.
THANKS FOR THE NICE SERVICE!

I've been coming to this Starbucks for about two years now and the staff - no matter who it is - is consistently warm and friendly. Despite making drinks as early as 5 or 6am, they still create a good atmosphere with one another and with the customers. I've ordered drinks that are "cliche" (read: overly complicated) and no one has ever batted an eye or made a snide comment, haha. One time I had a mobile order but chose the wrong Starbucks, one that was nowhere near close. They checked in with me when they saw me standing there and offered to make the drink free of charge. I really appreciate the staff here and the newly renovated store was worth the wait!

I go here at least twice a week and the girls behind the counter are always so sweet and compliment everyone who walks in the door. Such good energy to start your morning!
