I ordered the new Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha, but what's the difference between this and the regular iced matcha? They taste and look exactly the same.

Waited 15minutes for a latte and they were not busy they talked to each other while I stood waiting and this is not the first time this happened it’s consistently bad service at this location

Took 20 minutes to make my drink. Never coming here again.

At 7:30am on a Saturday they were ‘sold out of’ all brewed coffee, except decaf…. How?You are a coffee shop. When we order mobile to go, we have to factor in 20-30 min bc things are never ready, regardless of whether they're busy or not we always wind up waiting. It’s a shame bc they’re in such a good, central location but they can’t seem to get it together, unfortunately.

Absolutely lovely staff. Personable and kind. Answered all of my coffee questions. Clean store!

To the barista that drew a butterfly on my cup this morning- thank you!!!! It lifted my spirits. I was on my way this morning to get an ultrasound because a mass was found in my breast so I was feeling “eh” this morning. When I saw the drawing, it made me smile. I love butterflies (have always loved them) and it made my morning. Thanks so much!

We go to this location all the time since it is so close to our home. Most of the time everyone is super friendly and warming and the coffee is great. There is however one male employee that is super rude and unprofessional. Oddly enough we had a bad experience with him at the Fort Washington location last year. We asked for a pup cup and he lost his mind, had attitude and refused to give us a pup cup because he was busy. Today very similar situation. My husband asked for a small water with his coffee and this worked started slamming stuff and said he was too busy he doesn’t have time for this stuff refusing to give him a water. I am sure we will return as like I said everyone else is friendly but we hope to stay clear of this employee!!
