My husband and I got T’dori’s this past Saturday evening with friends and I must say our meals were Amazingly delicious!! We have gone to T’dori’s in the past but, this past weekend the dinner was excellent! If you haven’t tried it you must!! Just Fabulous!!

I was cleaning my house today, and I came across a gift card purchased in December 2021, which they refused to honor in 2022. Despite having the card itself and the receipt, they refused to refund it, because they claimed they changed systems and couldn't verify it was actually theirs. After insisting my father produce credit card statement showing the purchase, they claimed they had never said that and accused him of trying to defraud them. I just thought it was fair that people know they are dealing with owners who have no qualms about stealing from their customers and making up false accusations if you insist you actually get what you paid them for. I would not buy gift cards or certificates, and would not pay in advance for anything.

TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING !! Me and mother in law both got chicken salad hoagies Saturday night. The chicken salad was warm but I thought it was from the sautéed veggies in the same bag.. it was definitely was not that. Come Sunday night we’re both in and out of the bathroom, can’t even drink water because it’s coming right out both ends. This is the worst stomach pains I’ve ever felt. I can’t even sleep. It’s now Monday morning and I’m still running to the bathroom and holding a trash can. I never give bad reviews but this was my first time ordering from them after hearing good things and it was the complete opposite. Never getting food from here again.

Restaurant is under new ownership. Prices are 25% higher, portions are smaller, orders are consistently wrong and customer service is in the toilet.
Spent just under $500 for catering and it was two hours late, items were missing, food was poor quality and the manager refused to replace missing food per new “policy”. She said I was refunded but I’ve yet to see. Sketchy.
Definitely not the same local favorite of the past 20 years. Avoid.

We placed our annual holiday order for the large family party we have of 30 plus people. When the order arrived at our house I realized after the driver left that she never gave me the torpedo rolls for the hot roast beef and meatballs. I called to let the restaurant know and they said they would send someone back out with the rolls after I had to basically plead that I had 30 plus people coming and needed them. They sent a driver out that looked like he was not affiliated with the restaurant in any way and was driving a black Lexus. This literal moron of a human parks his car on an angle in front of my neighbors not even near my house partially blocking the street gets out does 3 soft taps on my door ( my cameras have audio) stands there like a blithering idiot for 30 seconds and retreats back to his car and sits there in his car for 9 minutes before leaving. Never once got back out to knock again, look into my driveway where I was just beyond my gate cleaning my yard. This after the “manager” on duty a young woman that was clearly not able to do the job she’s being paid for basically tried to lie and tell me the order that I have been getting for over 10 years was right and that I wasn’t even supposed to get the rolls AFTER my initial call acknowledging they forgot to give me the rolls 🤣 wow. She then proceeds to make it my fault and says she is not sending him back because she sent him twice which was another lie then realizing she’s talking about the first delivery they screwed up as part of the 2 times. The first time was a younger woman that I tipped $20 not even the person that came the second time that put zero effort into making the delivery. She also lied and told me he was beeping his horn and walking around my property to which none of that happened. This was the laziest attempt at a delivery i have ever witnessed. At some point on the phone call from him to the restaurant she instructs him to just leave and NOT leave my rolls because it’s not policy. You cannot make this up!!! So as a result I had zero rolls other than the tiny dinner rolls for hot roast beef which was a horrible rubber mess and 3 of the pans were completely crushed with sauce and gravy everywhere!!! After 10 plus years with TDori we’ll be taking our holiday business elsewhere. The manager was rude and unapologetic and offered to refund me $20 lousy dollars instead of making it right and bringing me the rolls herself. That’s what a manager in charge of someone’s business would do. Speaking of the former owner was involved in the holiday orders every year and knew his customers. When I asked to speak to the new owners she said No and then said they’re not there. Some new ownership to let such a big day be handled by incompetent people.

We had hoagies tonight for the first time from here. Italian. Rolls are way too soft. Hardly any meat. Overly spiced. Too many red onions. Not good at all. We asked for sides for the sandwiches and didn’t get them.
Been going to T'Doris since they opened, was always excellent. Went down hill for a bit, so stopped going for the past few years....Tried again last night for dinner, it was excellent! Under new management / ownership, and back to the way they used to be !!!
Boss went here to pick up lunch today for us. I got the honey mustard chicken salad. This was amazing! Highly recommended. Sounds like other employees liked theirs as well. 5

Didn't even get to ordering stage. JUST received a menu in the mail, with coupons. Thought the menu looked good.... When trying to order online, the prices are significantly higher than the menu I received TODAY! For example, Steak Italiano $11.50 in the menu, but $14.95 online! Same for all items across the board. Not even gonna engage and question prices from the start - who knows what could have been done to my order! Highly suspicious/underhanded marketing. Also, the menu delivered to me says in large print across the front "FREE LOCAL DELIVERY." Online, delivery is $3.99 (and I am local - 2 miles away).
