This was my first and last visit to this location and likely any other Wingstop location as I’m convinced that they ALL suck. I placed my order online which told me the wait time would be about 30 minutes. It took an hour to make a 10 piece and fries.. I saw a full staff of at least 6 people, which I will say that their temperament overall was fine. The drink area was very dirty with trash literally right next to the cup lids. I witnessed one of the reps swipe his hand across his nose and then proceeded to make someone’s drink for an order. Then witnessed another rep pour dirty ice into the top of the drink machine. The grand finale was me getting home and opening my wings up to find that they were barely cooked and almost sauce-less. So what did I wait all of that time for? I guess it didn’t matter that there were no napkins in the bag after all.. Thank you for wasting my time and my money wingstop, AGAIN.

Do NOT go to this location after 4pm. Your food will be soggy and not even what you ask for it seems like NO workers want to do their job properly I have went during lunch time and that’s the ONLY time it has been good. The moment that clock hits 3 or 4 all a sudden i have no seasoning it’s soggy and gross your lucky if it even comes out with the right order do better.

This location certainly has its ups and downs. When it's a good day, they are fantastic, you get everything you ordered the way it should be without any issues. Alternatively, if it's a bad day, you will find an issue. I'm not sure if it's different staff working on these days, or if they just get hit harder some days rather than others, but it really is a mixed bag of what you'll get.
I typically order delivery from this location, though not every time, it's a rather small store, so it's easier to just have it delivered or just pick it up. I've only had a couple of issues like forgetting the side dips or messing of the drink, nothing like the other reviews were saying about messing up the number of wings or the type. Sometimes the wings can be a little dry, like they're left in the fryer too long or were sitting while they finished everything else, and they can be a bit heavy handed with the seasonings, but besides that, they food is pretty good, just disappointing and a bit frustrating when they don't get it exactly right, especially for how much it costs to get food delivered these days.
One issue they have is the time it takes to prepare. I've had delivery drivers waiting in this location for nearly 20 minutes after it already taking an hour to even get a delivery driver to the store in the first place. I'm not sure why it takes nearly 2 hours to get my food made and delivered, if it's because of staffing issues, then management really needs to hire. It reflects poorly on management when it takes so long for food to be done, especially when you had all that extra time and still couldn't get everything in the bag. Maybe double-check that your employees are ensuring everything is in there and that they're getting the right drink. Clearly something isn't working right! Still, when they get the food right, it's good!

Like others, I was nervous about the other bad reviews, esp because I’ve never been to a wingstop before. I literally just ordered an hour ago, which was around 2pm on National Wing day, so I figured my experience could easily be sketchy because it was really busy for the free wing promo, or maybe slow because it was after lunch rush hour.

But none of that! 5 star experience. I ordered online, and my order was ready even before I walked in at the ETA I was given. It was packed well, and the young woman who gave me my order was very friendly and quick. Already 5 stars here. I got like 6 different things to try, and even eating it at home 45 minutes later - everything is hot and crispy.

Update: just picked up my second order during lunchtime and greeted immediately with the friendliest smile. Got my order immediately and everything confirmed to be correct, such a lovely experience.

Really recommend, and will be back! Especially for carry out.

I saw all the low ratings I was nervous to try it but happy I did ! The combo was delicious and the service was good I waited 10 mins or so but it was busy. Definitely would come back.

Slowest service ever!! I’ve been here twice so far and both times we had to wait 20-30 minutes AFTER the expected time to get our food. If you order food, I would just come back in an hour instead of wasting your time waiting for your food.

Great service , Superb Service a very attentive staff that works good together , I came in after work at 9:30 PM June 23rd. Didn’t have my phone to order online and I was served quickly and I was also told some other options to choose from, Rob stated he was the assistant manager , great service the staff there was very helpful too
