I ordered from doordash within the final hour before they closed. I get it you're ready to go home and such but I've worked in retail for years having people come in last minute it happens. So I ordered the boneless meal deal with 20 mild wings, fries and a large drink. I get my food and it had everything but the fries wrong. My drink was not a coke it was a diet coke, the wings were bone in mild wings with a side of what seems to be Parmesan coated chicken tenders in butter. It's just pure laziness. I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering here. Never again this place should shut down or hire new employees who actually do their jobs correctly. If I could give negative stars I definitely would.

DoorDashed from here on 3/8. Waited over 2 hours for the food to be delivered. The order I received was 10 plain boneless wings……. I ordered 20 wings (4 different flavors) , fries and corn… stay away from this place in door dash

You can expect not to get what you ordered, you can expect to get something different or not receive an item at all. You can expect to get less than what you paid for and going back to the conshohocken location multiple times to get your order correct. New management is required to take over this place because the ones who are there are nonexistent. It’s sad and pathetic unnecessary!

Was there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Understandable if it’s busy, but it wasn’t No line. Employees just standing around doing nothing and just staring at me. Managers not doing anything. One of the managers was talking on her phone with her airpods in the entire time I was there.

everytime i have ordered a doordash from here its wrong and missing like 10 things so seriously avoid. did not get a full refund on a $60 order from like months ago (never put a review then) but they messed it up so badly and my current order. 10/10 do not recommend.
ordered 4 original hot tenders, side of fries with a side of cheese, and ranch. this is all i got. to say im super disappointed is an understatement.
just cancel the order and say ur out of food at this point I wasted my money for no satisfaction.

I am not the first person to mention the extremely long wait time for food but I am the first person to mention the minor psychological torture of playing the same song repeatedly while there. The OJays For the Love of Money the single version (3:59 in length) played a total of 8 times while I waited for my order and then played another 4 times while I ate. I asked the staff to change the song and they had no clue. No music is better than the same song for nearly 50 minutes.
The wings were so small and over cooked. The skin was very greasy and chewy in a way that wings normally aren’t. But the French fries were perfect though.
There are also no trash cans in this establishment so I had to walk outside to throw my food away.
Do not eat here. There are half a dozen better places to get wings within walking distance.

Great product. Horrible service. Pay extra for sauces and they are never right. Either mark your ranch and blue cheese or get different cups. So disappointed it’s never right. Have to dissect my entire order to confirm. Always a bs excuse when you bring it up.
Went again on 11/5. Again horrible service. Great product. CHeck your bags. Orders are always wrong. They don’t take the order right. Check your recipt. Blue cheese and ranch not marked.
Back again 11/19. Place is just dirty. Employees are not better just extra stressed at failing to do the job. Manager is here but he is not empathetic just more of an authoritarian figure. They really need a hug. Can’t sit in half the tables in the restaurant without being cooked by the sun. But 99% order right just kissing the seasoning on Cajun fries.
Edit again. Get home and I was shored by 10 wings in a box. Guess I can’t just check for flavor I need to count each piece. Place is a joke.

I ordered about 70$ worth of wings was then told after my 40 minute wait it would be another 40 mins, places get busy no problem. I asked if they could just refund me they said yes it will go back on your card. I never got the refund had to dispute it with the bank since you can never reach a staff member.
