Like others, I was nervous about the other bad reviews, esp because I’ve never been to a wingstop before. I literally just ordered an hour ago, which was around 2pm on National Wing day, so I figured my experience could easily be sketchy because it was really busy for the free wing promo, or maybe slow because it was after lunch rush hour.
But none of that! 5 star experience. I ordered online, and my order was ready even before I walked in at the ETA I was given. It was packed well, and the young woman who gave me my order was very friendly and quick. Already 5 stars here. I got like 6 different things to try, and even eating it at home 45 minutes later - everything is hot and crispy.
Update: just picked up my second order during lunchtime and greeted immediately with the friendliest smile. Got my order immediately and everything confirmed to be correct, such a lovely experience.
Really recommend, and will be back! Especially for carry out.

I saw all the low ratings I was nervous to try it but happy I did ! The combo was delicious and the service was good I waited 10 mins or so but it was busy. Definitely would come back.

Slowest service ever!! I’ve been here twice so far and both times we had to wait 20-30 minutes AFTER the expected time to get our food. If you order food, I would just come back in an hour instead of wasting your time waiting for your food.

The staff needs to listen to the customer whenever they tell them that they want the wings well done and if they want all flats and I got a mixture! Smh

Great service , Superb Service a very attentive staff that works good together , I came in after work at 9:30 PM June 23rd. Didn’t have my phone to order online and I was served quickly and I was also told some other options to choose from, Rob stated he was the assistant manager , great service the staff there was very helpful too

No one actually wants to do their job at this location. My husband had to wait over 20 minutes for food and had no idea it was done because they didn't call any names. Mixed different flavors together and food was cold.
They never deliver at the time you set. Every order I placed with a time and date has them deliver the food 45 minutes early. Why would I ever set a specific time and want the food almost an hour earlier? This has been every order. Even now, I'm rushing to an address to receive an order that will get here too soon. You can't contact anyone from the store either.
UPDATE: They left out the 4 veggies that are part of the order.

Placed an order online an hour and a half before they closed. One of the workers call me and says the fryers are off for the night. I was not mad and understood things happen. They said a refund was placed and give it 3 business days 5 days later they charged my card. I have already disputed with my bank.
