Carlos’s pizza has been a staple of great pizza in this area for many years. high quality ingredients, really good tasting pizza w love put into it. Portnoy could have 4 high quality ratings here in coopersburg, but Carlos would score the best! Their Brooklyn pizza is incredible!

If you're in Coopersburg or passing through you're going to want to make time to stop by Carlos Pizza! Their new menu is coming out and no matter what you decide to order you can't go wrong. I went with the first thing that caught my eye and it's called the "drunken grandma" because it has substitute vodka sauce ?. The staff is down to earth and family owned and love what they prepare for you so it puts that final touch on the experience. Don't take my word for it even though it's that good I was compelled to give a review, I couldn't help myself
Parking: They're right in the corner of the shopping center off of Rt 309 that CVS is on
Kid-friendliness: The staff will put a smile on their face, they'll be happy you had a pizza night.

Better ingredients, fantastic service and bang for your buck. Generous servings and just honest all around great food. Can't recommend Carlos pizza enough. If you are craving pizza, stop here first, you won't be disappointed.
