I’ve personally been coming here during my time at Penn state and I must say something must’ve changed recently and I found it!! The new manager Ashely has really turned this place around! I come in ordering my usual and the service has rapidly increased both in speed and friendliness

I don't know if them being in the back of a gas station is an excuse for poorer quality Dunkin, but they gave me a cold snackin bacon with no syrup or sugar, and I asked them to fix it. And instead of fixing it they just waited a minute and gave me the same bag and then closed the window on me. Terrible quality dunkin and rude service.

Why does the flavored coffee taste rancid every single time?! Is it the coffee itself? Are the taps being cleaned? It's disgusting and I can't drink it every time.

Store says open at 5, pull in at 5:15 and everything’s either broken Or they’re out of stock on it… literally everything. Either your employees are lazy and liars, or you’re open for corporate enjoyment and paying your guys for nothing.

The donuts are hard. The food that is cooked in the back. They hardly ever put gloves on. They use their fingers to put your bacon on. your sandwich they use their fingers to put the egg on your sandwich. Then they sit back and talk about drugs all day. Everything is broken in there. Puddles of water everywhere and let me tell you about the filth in the back.I would never want to eat there. It is so filthy. It is disgusting that manager there needs fired fast

Terrible experience. I ordered a nitro coffee and a donut at the kiosk and paid. They gave me the donut, and said they ran out of nitro coffe. Never offered a refund. When I asked, I was told they couldn't give me a refund since no manager was there. I would have to come back the next day. I asked for a corporate number to call, and the number they gave me goes to a busy tone whenever called.
