Did a Sunday drive with my family. Googled places to eat near me. Good Jake’s popped up with good reviews. That was an understatement. The restaurant was cute. Prices are inexpensive for the quantity of food. The service was great. Maria was so sweet and gave a recommendation for the chicken Gyro and my husband loved it. A small business with a big outcome.

Had a burger. Asked for it medium. Came out more than well done. Should have been my first cue. Ate about half, then full bill came. Spoke to owner. Not a nice man. He said I don’t care if you ever come back again. Sums up this place.
Great little family place with ice cream as an extra bonus! We had breakfast items and sandwiches as well as kids meals. Everyone really enjoyed their food and the service was excellent! Our servers were very friendly and the owner went to each table to check up on customers. Friendly atmosphere with good food! I’m so glad we decided to stop!
We have gone many times and this experience today was awful. Home fries were disgusting. American cheese omelette did not have American cheese in it and the eggs did not taste good at all. Waitress was pleasant and trying her best. We will not be back.

Great place to eat at great prices. The owner Angelo is always friendly and the staff are very good at what they do.
Unfortunately, I didn't fell welcomed. I was planning to order a pizza since it was conveniently located next to a children activity center. The plan was to order while my husband was with our kids, but while we were getting my little ones out of the car a lady parked in the "bartender parking" spot was watching us. She waited until we were all out of the car. She then stated "Do you know that you're parking on private property?" This was my first time to the area and the parking lot had many open spots. I'm guessing this must be a problem for them with parking, which trigger the comment. So I said that I'll move my car. She continued to make a comment "Yeah, I'm sure" and then said she'll be back out to see. Extremely unwelcoming and uncomfortable! I hope she came out to see that she turned away a customer by the way she treated my family in the parking lot.

The food we have had was good , up till the open face Hot Turkey, had to be the worst we ever had any where , should have never served that. Sorry but it was horrible along with the mashed potatoes which tasted fake. WOULD NEVER PUT THAT ON A MENU AGAIN.

The owner of this restaurant has deplorable manners and has no idea how to speak to his customers. Most restaurants, if you have a problem with the food, the owner does not take it personally and hold a grudge against you. Not the case here. The owner often seeks out previous patrons of his establishment, scolds them as if they are inferior to him and does not warrant any respect for the consumer at his establishment. I have never in my life experienced such abuse from a man who is suppose to be serving, because that is the restaurant business! He has some great cooks, and waiting staff, but he should never and I mean NEVER speak to any patron, when there is a problem. He is inept and should not be running a restaurant.
