Classic food. Lots of options. Great desserts! When it gets busy it gets a little slow, but it is a family business (I think) and we are happy to go there! I also love that they have bathrooms...sometimes smaller places don't and it's hard when you bring kids. But we never have to worry here!

Nice place to stop in and hang out for a bit. Good ice cream. The hot dog frank was good but disappointed in what they call chilli. It was just cooked ground beef, lacking chilli seasoning and extremely dry. It was like ground beef crumble over the hot dog. Maybe the burgers are better.

The Chuck Wagon was a fantastic experience. It was very clean with fresh food and very friendly service. All food came out hot and delicious and the ice cream was great as well. We will be returning to the Chuck Wagon.

My husband and I were eating supper here and a 3 vehicle accident occurred on Mauch Chunk Road right in front of the restaurant. The owner was very quick to offer bags of ice and bottles of water for the people involved. Her kindness was very refreshing in this crazy world where people keep more to themselves and don't want to get involved. I would definitely return for another meal and an ice cream sundae! Everything was very good! A good value for the food!
Parking: The parking lot is very large with plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: The outside eating is very nice for children. And the children's menu is fairly priced with many meals to choose from.
Wheelchair accessibility: Because this is set up like an old fashioned drive in restaurant, the parking lot and the order windows are all on ground level. The bathroom is a nice size that a disabled person could easily use.
