Fantastic barbecue!

Bradley’s catered our wedding reception and I think I got more compliments on the food than congratulations on my wedding. Amazing people and amazing food!

I have attended and hosted many events over the past several years that Bradley's Catering furnished the food for. Their food is always top-notch and the family members who do the barbecue on site couldn't be nicer. They take pride in their business and are known as the best barbecue caterer in the Pittsburgh PA area. No surprises here ~ their menu choices and food quality are always 1st rate. Everyone I've told about Bradley's and subsequently have always been thrilled with their barbecue experience. Definitely a perfect 10 in my book!

I have eaten Bradley's food since Christine Bradley cooked it. It has always been excellent, it a family tradition.

If you are trying to impress your guests, this is the caterer you want to use. A little more expensive than the guys who give low estimates because they cut corners, but he is worth it because the food is beyond fabulous. He brought the portable grill to the picnic and cooked burgers, hot dogs, chicken and ribs for 150 people, right in front of our eyes. The ribs, in particular, were falling-off-the-bone tender. Nothing sat on a steam table and lost flavor. Hot foods were served piping hot, and cold foods were served ice cold. The presentation was beautiful, and the guests absolutely loved it. Wow!
