If you are trying to impress your guests, this is the caterer you want to use. A little more expensive than the guys who give low estimates because they cut corners, but he is worth it because the food is beyond fabulous. He brought the portable grill to the picnic and cooked burgers, hot dogs, chicken and ribs for 150 people, right in front of our eyes. The ribs, in particular, were falling-off-the-bone tender.
