Placed an online order, there is no option to add cream to the iced coffee or cold brew. So, I placed the order, called in twice and both times the phone rang for about 3 seconds, then stated the staff was busy, and the call ended. I waited some time, called again, and there phone had been now shut off. I am sure the staff was busy, but this is extremely poor customer service and careless.

Had to stop in with my son before daycare. He got a sausage, egg and cheese on a french toast bagel. He's 3, he said it was delicious and ate the entire thing

Look, it's not the fault of the folks that work there, but nearly 8 bucks for a bagel with cream cheese and a water is absurd. It seems like this place isn't immune from gauging post COVID. In NYC with unreal rent and insurance, I can still get a real bagel and a water for half that price.

The bagel itself is mid at best. Maybe it's a Pittsburgh thing, but bakers seem to like doughy, undercooked bread products. It's a shame there aren't more bagel shops in Pittsburgh. Real bagels that boil them before baking, but this is all we get. One of the very few that offer bagels made properly, but they're always under done.

That with the ridiculous prices, I wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! There is never enough employees and you could wait 30 minutes or more to get waited on and check out. Went in today and there were 9 people in front of me. It’s only 10:15 am so it’s not breakfast rush or lunch rush. One person to prepare the food, wait on you and prepare your order and one person to check you out. I think he was training for the job as he was searching the cash register for things to check out people. Left the store without buying anything. Bring Moon Einstein Bagels. They know how to do things right. Bruegger’s in Moon. NEVER again!!!

The store is just such a frustrating layout and the employees are just so miserable and upset. Hopefully management or ownership take notice and work to correct these issues. 100% won’t be back to this location if it is going to be like this. Also a sign of where to order would go a long way as ordering at the register is not very apparent compared to all the other locations.

I attempted to use Uber Eats for my order on 6/13/25.. during the whole ordering process there was a pop-up that indicated it was too far away. I continued with the order, knowing that I would have to change the delivery address after payment. I changed the address within no less than two minutes. It said cancellation fee $21! It said this restaurant had already started making the order which was absolutely impossible and the timeframe as I was changing the address. I spoke with the store. They blamed it on Uber eats I spoke with Uber eats they blamed it on the store! I spoke with the manager at the store who said the order was Made. I know this is impossible because it was canceled! Heads up when using Uber eats and Brueggers bagels at least this store!

Please supply a list of your bagel assortment at your checkout cash register so people like me who order a dozen assorted of my choice know what bagels I can choose from. I went to the counter where the bins are located to make my selection and was told I had to place my order at the cash register. Well, from that vantage point I can no longer see what bagels you have available. I asked to see a list and was told that you used to have one but it got dirty and you threw it away. Do you think maybe someone could make a new list? To be kept at the cash register? So people can make their choices?
