I bought bagels and cream cheese to go and the cream cheese expired over two weeks before. They clearly don’t check the display cases regularly.

The workers all need to change their gloves in between tasks. One of them almost cut her hand when slicing a bagel and didn't even take off her gloves to make sure that she wasn't cut or to see if the gloves were cut. The dining room was not clean. The tables all needed to be wiped off with crumbs so over. I haven't been there in months and likely won't return any time soon.

I am a fan of Bruegger's, but this location has some serious faults.
It needs a serious cleaning, windows, glass, counters, even the cooler.
The service was slow, employees were not very friendly. (like they were doing me a favor to make my sandwichs or didn't want to be bothered.)
For a Sunday morning myself and one other customer were in the store. Sunday mornings they used to have people lined out the door!
I doubt I will return to this location.

I am very disappointed in my bagels at breuggers today. I am a college student and this is one of the things I look forward to. Coming back home and getting a dry crusty burnt bagel was not on my agenda. I may as well eat it off a crouton. Very upsetting usually I would be writing an amazing review on this place.

Went from going here once a week, I walk in, workers are telling me I never paid last time I was in. I have a PNC card that doesn't decline. Really ridiculous accusation for likely a cashier error well OK I've got a solution I'll never go back Sorry Brueggers don't want you to think I'm taking advantage of you giving your sorry ass business 1 more sale/week... Also this is what an iced coffee is for them 10 minutes after ordering

The food is bland and they were out of multiple bagels. The coffee is only warm. There were flies and the place wasn't super clean. The cashier forgot to give me my coffee cup after I checked out and tipped (machine asks for a tip) and after I waited through two more people ordering, she went to fold boxes instead of talking to me, so I politely asked for my cup and she slammed it aggressively down on the counter and walked away. Very embarrassing in front of patrons waiting.

Totally different environment from what I am typically used to. Staff was incredibly demeaning & unhappy to be there. Fruit flies were swarming around the register and bagels -‘ didn’t feel like a clean environment to me. If anything it is a reflection of poor management & understaffing.

There was a delay on my order due to low inventory at 9am & instead of communicating they gave me rude remarks instead.

Long story short, kindness goes a long way & you won’t receive it here

Looks like there’s just a generic general message sent on these reviews with similar experiences. If I have to report of the same experience into different locations, it shows me you are not committing in improving. Sad

I’m editing this because now I have read all the other reviews about the same lady yes she had pink hair and all the apologies.. DO NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME BRUGERS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT YOURE LOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IF THIS WOMAN WHO IS THE WORST REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY AND A MANAGER WHO IS ALLOWING HER TO RUIN PEOPLES ENTIRE DAY. Now if you would please read my review and re read the others and please do something about it. Get rid of her and I’ll go back and so will the other people on here complaining how many others have you lost that didn’t complain on here. The whole crew needs fired manager too

I HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. THERE WAS A LINE OF PEOPLE AND WE WERE ALL IGNORED WHILE THEY MADE COFFEE YOU CAN SEE THE LADY WAS VERY ANGRY IM NOT SURE WHY BUT WHEN I ORDERED I ORDERED A TURKEY SAND. WHEN SHE WAS MAKING IT I APPROACHED THE COUNTER AND SAID DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU WHAT I WANT ON IT? SHE SAID YOU SHOULD Have DONE THAT WHEN ORDERING I DIDNT KNOW THAT SHE NEVER ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED ON IT I ASSUMED ITS LIKE SUBWAY. SO I SAID I JUST WANT LETTUCE AND MAYO SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT AND I LOOKED AT SIGN IT SAID 3 VEG FREE SO I ASSUMED I HAD TO PAY FOR THE MAYONNAISE I SAID DO I HAVE TO GET BACK IN THIS LINE SHE IGNORED ME SO I GOT BACK IN LINE 10 PEOPLE DEEP AND MADE IT TO THE COUNTER WHERE I TOLD THE MANAGER I NEED TO PAY FOR MAYO AND HE SAID MAYO IS NOT AN EXTRA CHARGE AND I EXPLAIN WHY I AM BACK IN LINE AND HE WAS RUDE WITH HIS TONE AND THEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER AND I ASKED FOR DISTRICT MANAGER HE DIDNT RESPOND WROTE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER MAYO AND LETTUCE AND HANDED IT TO THE LADY AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON HE COLLECTED MONEY WITH HE RIPS MY SANDWICH AWAY FROM HER FINISHES MAKING IT AND HANDS IT TO ME. THE SANDWICH WAS WRONG IT WASNT EVEN THE ONE I ORDERED. I HAD PEOPLE STOP ME OUTSIDE AND SAY I CANT BELIEVE THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY. ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER

What's going on with Bruegger's in Moon? Are they going out of business? You never know when they will close on any given day, there is no longer anything in the cooler to chose from and they are not very personable.

Nothing like stale bagels and poor customer service. All employees looked absolutely miserable. Said hello to the lady taking orders and thank you after I paid and she never said a word. The lady making the sandwiches (who has the pink hair) was making sandwiches and threw the orders over the glass and then hit it up against the glass. This place is not very welcoming and could use a good cleaning too. There’s nothing worse than going into this place and feeling like they don’t even want to wait on you or be there. I live within a few miles and I think I’ll travel a little further to get a more welcoming pleasant atmosphere.

Older Lady making the food has an incredibly bad attitude. They didn't have what i ordered and the only option they offered was half the price of what i paid for. This has got to be up there with one of the worst customer service experiences i have had in my life if not the worst. Not only did i lose my money but i was also scorned at and treated awfully. Will definitely make sure to never order from this place ever again.
