I wanted to share my experience at this location this past Saturday. I had called the location the day before to order their bagel box which contained 2 dozen bagels and 4 cream cheese. I attempted to order this via the app but I couldn’t not choose specific bagels. When I called I explained this to the woman I spoke with and she proceeded to take my order, never letting me know that some of the bagels would be additional cost. I let her know the kinds I wanted and specifically told her I wanted the salt bagels included in this box. The box listed on the app to cost $36.99 and nothing else on there indicated that it would cost more or that the price was only based on specific kinds of bagels. I also ordered an additional dozen bagels 6 more salt and 6 plain with 2 cream cheese. When I get there to pick up my bagels the girl grabs the paper and my bagels which are in paper bags not the box that is shown online. She starts going over what bagels are there and punching everything into the register. Well she does not list any salt bagels in the 2 dozen bundle. When I question her the other woman comes over and was like “I wrote it down” and they go off an whisper something. The woman comes back and was like she forgot to write down the salt bagels and we don’t have anymore. Never saying sorry, apologizing or asking how they can make it right. She goes back to the register and continues to ring everything up and my total is well over $80 plus dollars. Now the 2 dozen bundle was listed as $36.99 and the dozen bundle is $18.89 now even with tax that total is way to high so I question it. She gets snippy with me and is like I’m ringing it in so you get it the cheapest way and I then point out what the app states and the other girl walks over and is like those bagels you ordered cost more. So I say then why didn’t you let me know this when I questioned why I could not order those online. So then Ryan comes over, and he is pissed. He starts pounding on the register and he was like those bagels cost more but I will adjust so he changes it but it shows $42. And change so I question that and he goes well that’s the cream cheese do you want me to take that back? Do you not want the cream cheese? So I show him the app and how the bundles include cream cheese and he takes a picture of the register to show me that he has no way of changing it to be the correct price. At this point I’ve already been there for over 20 mins. I had to drive an hour an a half to get these bagels and there are a lot of other customers there. So I paid over $75 for this and was never given an apology or asked how it could be made right. I used to work up near this location and would stop frequently and never had these types of interactions. They were rude and had no interest in correcting or even owning their mistakes. Which is such a shame because the bagels are the best. It was such a terrible experience I will not be going back to that location.

Workers here were miserable. Service was extremely slow. Had to correct employee on correct change back. Only got two bagels with butter and they put way too much butter on them. They were inedible. I will never go here here again.

Bruegger’s Bagels is a great spot for a consistently satisfying meal. The bagels are always fresh, chewy, and flavorful, with a wide variety of options and generous cream cheese portions. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy mornings, making it an easy and enjoyable place to grab breakfast or lunch. We would go here more often, but it is expensive.

Ordered bagels for pick up on Christmas Eve. Spoke to Ryan TWICE about my order. When my husband went to pick up at 6:30 my ordered wasn't ready because 2 of the bagels on my list were not made yet. My husband was told who ever took the order should have shared that with me. I tried calling to see if I could come out and pick up the ones I wanted from my order but the staff who picked up the phone said hello and just set it down and never spoke to me. I waited over 5 minutes and then hung up. I tried again but no one picked up.
Perhaps you need to train the staff on giving information on taking orders and how to deal with customers on the phone.

The two employees at the Thorn Run location in Moon were both rude this morning around 10:45am. Actually, it was directed towards myself because I witnessed the hellos and goodbyes and easy going tones of voice with the other customers. The young girl making bagel sandwiches was upset that I asked her to change her gloves, but she left the food station to go in the supply area and she touch a dish cloth to wipe a counter. I don’t want you to touch my food after that because it was cross contamination. Next, I asked the guy at the register a question about points and he was very rude. I asked what was wrong, and he said can you pay or not…I should have walked out because the sandwich wasn’t as good as Downtown Pittsburgh,Southside or Sewickley locations. I’ll never go there again to be mistreated by to kids that should be professional with everyone that comes through those doors.

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches from Bruegger’s Bagels Moon Township location; spent $40. Ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich - same sandwich I always order there. This time, there was such a scant amount of brisket on it until I thought it had been left out altogether or that they ran out of meat. They left off what usually comes with the actual sandwich and had the wrong cream cheese on it as well which comes with the sandwich anyway. Not ok for the price charged for one sandwich and not worth what was paid. Very disappointing.

Bruegger’s, please never close! We love their bagels and have always had good experiences at this location.

Nothing is cheap anymore sadly, but the bagels here are always worth it, especially since the location near us closed.

I never leave reviews but the people working there are literally miserable every single time I’ve gone in there to the point that it makes me feel unwelcome. No hello, nothing- you are literally ignored until you order and then snapped at to be told that they are out of something. I watched the woman making sandwiches snap at the lady in front of me telling her there’s no hot coffee, then there was no lettuce, and just mean in general. When I got to my turn to order, they had only two eggs left - granted it was 1:40 but there’s a better way to go about talking to customers. I stopped coming here awhile ago bc they were always unpleasant and I will not be back again. Even though it’s close to closing time, there’s no need to be that way. I’m not spending $9 for a bagel sandwich with half the ingredients missing and a mean attitude.

Placed an online order, there is no option to add cream to the iced coffee or cold brew. So, I placed the order, called in twice and both times the phone rang for about 3 seconds, then stated the staff was busy, and the call ended. I waited some time, called again, and there phone had been now shut off. I am sure the staff was busy, but this is extremely poor customer service and careless.

Had to stop in with my son before daycare. He got a sausage, egg and cheese on a french toast bagel. He's 3, he said it was delicious and ate the entire thing
