We stumbled on this little cafe on our way driving through Pittsburgh. We'd been told to be sure to get some Italian Wedding Soup while we were in the 'Burgh. The staff here was particularly friendly. The restaurant was clean and, sure enough, the Italian Wedding Soup was great! Seek this place out ... you won't be disappointed!!!

Cafe A Mano recently catered our wedding reception and I cannot recommend them enough! The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The owner Brian is the best and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He truly cares about his customers and it shows! 10/10 recommend

Stopped in for brunch and was greeted by the owner. He gave me his best recommendation and service. I had the breakfast sandwich and also grabbed a biscotti for the road. I believe their bread is made with a family recipe. If you’re in the Pittsburgh area and want a quality meal, Cafe A Mano is the spot!

I recently had the pleasure of dining with Cafe a Mano, and I was truly delighted with our experience. From the moment I walked in, the owner's warmth and hospitality made me feel so welcomed. The authenticity of the food was evident in every bite, with recipes passed down through generations and high quality ingredients sourced both locally and directly from Italy.
The highlight of my meal was the fried fish sandwich on their homemade nana bun. It was hands down the best fish sandwich I have ever had. The nana bun was so soft, and it reminded me of my own Italian grandma’s bread- it almost made me cry!
What sets this place apart is not only the delicious food but also the commitment to high quality and unique offerings. It's clear that a lot of love and care goes into each plate that is served.
Overall, Cafe a Mano is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered by more food enthusiasts. If you're looking for a taste of Italy right in your own neighborhood, look no further. I can't wait to return and try more of their incredible dishes!

My son and I had the fried egg, prosciutto and basil mayo on the nonna bread roll. Made to order, hot and delicious. Nonna bread was amazing.

A great local place! Food is made with a lot of heart! It is a small, local place so be mindful of that as food options might be limited as they make more but don’t let this deter you. Supporting local businesses like this one ran by kind people is worth the patience and the food is great plus affordable!

I was in Pittsburgh on a business trip, while working one of my coworkers said “hey I bought you lunch”, you just have to go pick it up. I went and picked it up I had a grilled chicken panini with sun-dried tomato pesto, it was one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had, fresh and tasty . When I picked it up the owner told me “hey you’re sandwich come with a soup, you gotta try the soup” so seeing as it was a very hot day I took a frozen soup to go, I had the Italian wedding soup when I got back to my hotel for dinner, let me tell you the soup brought me back to grandmas house, you can taste the love that went into making it. The people a cafe a Mano really love the food they make and you’ll know that with your first bite. Now I know when I go to Pittsburgh for work where to eat quality good food. Thank you for the love cafe a mano

The breaded (whole) fish fillet over Nana’s bread was delicious! My 7yo loved it. The Italian wedding soup was spot on, not salty. Husband really enjoyed his chicken parmigiana. No tables, so this is more of deli style, quick bite place. We will return!!
