My son and I had the fried egg, prosciutto and basil mayo on the nonna bread roll. Made to order, hot and delicious. Nonna bread was amazing.

A great local place! Food is made with a lot of heart! It is a small, local place so be mindful of that as food options might be limited as they make more but don’t let this deter you. Supporting local businesses like this one ran by kind people is worth the patience and the food is great plus affordable!

I was in Pittsburgh on a business trip, while working one of my coworkers said “hey I bought you lunch”, you just have to go pick it up. I went and picked it up I had a grilled chicken panini with sun-dried tomato pesto, it was one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had, fresh and tasty . When I picked it up the owner told me “hey you’re sandwich come with a soup, you gotta try the soup” so seeing as it was a very hot day I took a frozen soup to go, I had the Italian wedding soup when I got back to my hotel for dinner, let me tell you the soup brought me back to grandmas house, you can taste the love that went into making it. The people a cafe a Mano really love the food they make and you’ll know that with your first bite. Now I know when I go to Pittsburgh for work where to eat quality good food. Thank you for the love cafe a mano

The breaded (whole) fish fillet over Nana’s bread was delicious! My 7yo loved it. The Italian wedding soup was spot on, not salty. Husband really enjoyed his chicken parmigiana. No tables, so this is more of deli style, quick bite place. We will return!!

Fantastic service, delicious food, and inspiring story. You can taste the dream being realized!
Stumbled on this amazing little mom-and-pop shop and it might just be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh, fluffy homemade bread that’s soft on the inside with just the right crisp on the edges. They don’t skimp on the fillings either — perfectly cooked egg, melty cheese, prosciutto with basil mayo. Simple, honest, and made with care. Places like this remind you what good food is supposed to taste like. Absolute gem.

Cafe A Mano is a great breakfast/lunch spot with a lot of variety, great food, and friendly service. The owner took the time to explain the menu to us and make recommendations. All of the food is homemade, and therefore is really great quality and delicious as well! The options are all very reasonably priced. Definitely a local gem.

We ordered thee paninis and all were delicious. The turkey with cranberry was excellent. The online ordering for pickup was easy and fast. The only downside was the order was done early. We arrived early so it wasn’t a big deal, but otherwise we would have risked the paninis getting soggy.

The meatballs were tender and juicy. The sauce was terrific. Grabbed extra cold prepared food for tomorrow’s lunch knowing that it is the kind of food I like. Better than most takeout. More premium. Bottom line: it’s homemade and no corners cut. The Italian smash burger is excellent!!
