Awful! I did a pickup order today. The quesadilla was burnt to a crisp. The three tacos had no meat inside and the queso was chunky and cold. Then, I called and asked for a refund and offered pictures of the awful food and they will only give a meal credit. I don't want to go back to get a meal! Waste of money.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a restaurant. This is the first review I have ever written for a restaurant, which I felt like I had to do this time. I have given this Chipotle repeated chances to get our orders right, which they still have not done. But with this last experience, I have finally learned my lesson. I picked up an order on Tuesday night and then had the worst food poisoning experience of my life. It's Thursday now and I'm still sick as can be. Eat here at your own risk! Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Chipotle used to be one of my favorites. Now, it is absolutely the dirtiest food establishment around. No tables were cleaned. The floor was littered with food and trash. The area where they put together the orders was ...ugh! There were empty but dirty food containers piled up on a table, and you can tell they have been there for a while. A couple of the employees were standing around doing nothing....they should have been cleaning. I regretted this visit the minute I walked in. Will not go back...no way, no how.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The store itself is disgusting and the staff is rude and unhygienic. They were out of almost half of the meat and toppings we wanted so they said chicken was the only option.. couldn’t make more I guess? Even though it was 3pm. We will never come back

Last week, no queso cheese 2 hours left before closing. This week, no tortilla chips left 1 hour before closing...on a Saturday night. I deliver the food, so I cant check it most of the time, but I hear the compliant. Guess who has to apologize, me. This definitely seems like an unimportant store to the corporate bottom line.

I love chipotle, but this is the absolute worst location. Every time I go in the workers are not only rude, but have such visibly poor personal hygiene that they look like they need to be hosed down!

It’s 6 pm on a Monday and they were out of half of food- they were all standing around talking and we had to repeat ourselves. Only 2 nd time at this location and will not go back
When I visited this store for lunch. Despite its fluctuating reputation, I was quite disappointed with my experience. My friend and I were the only customers in the store, and I was served extremely quickly. However, the service was sloppy and downright rude. While fast service is acceptable, this was simply poor service. There was no need to rush when we were the only ones in the building. I’ve given this place a few chances, but it clearly needs some serious improvement.

HORRIBLE! And no customer service. I ordered $75 of food to be delivered. The whole order was wrong, so I had to drive there 20 minutes each way. They were out of everything, called customer service and was routed to multiple people then routed to fill out a survey. I have had issues before but this time I am done. This company needs restructuring because it won’t last with this type of mess.

Something is always missing or wrong every single time I come here and I mean that literally. It’s a systemic problem with the Chipotle that really comes down to poor management.
