I’ve ordered delivery from here before and had no issue and today the driver OMAR refused to get out of the car and come to my apartment building because it was cold and I called the store to tell them what was happening but they were very rude and also the driver literally was like I’m not doing that, you can cancel the order. They said they would refund me but I ordered food because it’s late and I’m hungry so now I have to figure out another place to eat because of all of this. Normally I wouldn’t care about stuff like this but because they have delivered to my house before that’s just not okay.

I’ve bought from there before and the delivery is always bad but this time it was worse it took over an hour for my food and it was cold I even asked beforehand and he said it was warm but it wasn’t if you order and pick up it’s not bad but delivery I would never recommend

Ordered online, estimated 25-45mins for delivery, order took over 90 minutes! Then it was wrong when it got here! Ordered pepp, extra cheese, sausage pan pizza & got a chicken onion pizza. This was for dinner for kids &they were not going to eat that so I called the restaurant to try and get the correct pizza delivered. Manager called the driver who said it was a misunderstanding aka he didn’t have my correct pizza anymore. After going back & forth on the phone w/the manager, he said he would remake my pizza and have the driver bring it within 30mins. The replacement was NEVER delivered, no answer no follow up, kids waited for pizza till 8pm only to have to have pb&j’s for dinner. Contacted customer support online, was not refunded, only a generic coupon for another pizza. Why would I want to order again if this is the service to be expected?!

I’ve ordered from Domino’s plenty of times before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. My order showed up over an hour late, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and completely wrong. I tried calling the store several times to fix it, but the staff were rude and dismissive, one person even insisted the food was “hot” and then hung up on me when I tried to explain the problem.
For a company that prides itself on quick delivery and customer satisfaction, this was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so.
I have never had a dominos with such horrible customer service. I would not order from here because you will regret it!

They took an hour and twenty minutes to bring my pizza order. When the delivery guy arrived, he didn’t bring my pizza—he forgot it. They didn’t give me any discount, they didn’t bring me anything as compensation. It wasn’t even the same delivery guy who came back; they sent another one. He just said, “Here’s your pizza, bye.”
