Terrible experience. The pizza was mediocre. The wings were horrible. Soft, mushy, underlying gas flavor. Disgusting. Plus we tipped the driver 15% and she wouldn’t get out of her car to deliver the order on the front porch. 10 feet of walking. Ridiculous never again.

I placed an order online and it was never delivered. The online tracker said it was in the initial Prep mode forever. And then all of a sudden it said the order was delivered. Dominos stole my money and never delivered the order.

The pan pizza wasn’t edible, it was disgusting. They told us 30-40 minutes for delivery, it took over an hour. We called the store several times asking where the driver was and the manager gave us new estimated arrival times each time. When the delivery driver actually got here she told us it was her first delivery of the night, no explanation why it took so long. The manager was extremely rude to my husband when he called to tell him the food was cold and didn’t taste right. The Buffalo chicken has no sauce on it at all. The only decent thing was the pre-packaged salad. Never got a follow up call from Dominos customer service when filling info out online. Will never come back. Don’t waste your money. Food made us sick.

For the two years I’ve been coming here, this location does a great job. I recently ordered 10/18/24 @ 8pm and the two gentlemen I always see working are friendly and organized. Good customer service, timely and consistently good execution of the food.

Placed an order online. Arrived over an hour later. Even though app showed out for delivery, for at least 45 min. Called store, was told it's on it's way and they hung up. Food finally arrived, it was cold and order was incorrect, missing items. Called store...was told they can't refund only discount next order, and no offer to re-deliver correct items/missing items. Negative stars if I could.

My ordered showed delivered on the website and didn't come for another 20 mins and I only live 5mins away. When I called to find out where my food is and the person was very rude and said "they'll be there!" Really?! When the person finally delivered, they called me and said "domino's is here" when I specifically put "leave on chair on porch " because of my dogs barking. I will NEVER order from this location again!!!

Plz save your time n money and order from somewhere else this place is terrible takes forever to come will hang up on you food is cold and bad and customer service is terrible plz do better for yourself and order from somewhere else dominos is good the one is moon just isnt if the dominos company sees this plz shut down your moon location or give it to new ownership it is giving dominos a bad name

This is one of our favorite Domino's because we order on the website and it's always ready when we get there. It looks clean inside. And the people that work there are always friendly.

I will say every time we decide to order, it’s within the last hour that dominoes is open. They always come through! For the price, we have not been disappointed yet. The man who has delivered the last couple times seems to be friendly and always smiling even at 1 am. Much love dominoes!
