Dietary restrictions: Options for GF are clearly marked on the menu and there are good options. It would be nice to have a GF hamburger option as well.
I love their risotto very much. They have a few different options. I have tried a few and my favorite is the mushroom one that I believe is seasonal.The portions are great, I always have enough for a late snack. They also have alot of other delicious meals. The burgers are wonderful.

First time visiting & loved it! Make sure you call for a reservation :)The staff was lovely, friendly and checking in with us. But striking the balance of helpful but not annoying ;)Started with wine and cocktails, all great!!Food was excellent. The bacon appetizer & Brussels sprouts ✅✅The skewer dishes were phenomenal - chicken falling off the bone. Sirloin very good. Fingerling potatoes were perfectly crispy.Would definitely return!

This was our first visit to the Four Twelve Project. We did not realize reservations were required for this restaurant. Their website indicated that they open at 4pm. My husband and I arrived at 4 pm, and the parking lot only had a few cars. Upon checking in, we were asked if we had reservations. We replied no. The restaurant was EMPTY except for one table with three people. The girl checking us in asked us to hold on, and looked over her list, while my husband and I exchanged questioning glances. The girl finally said that she can seat us at a table (as opposed to a booth) if we are done eating by 6:30 pm. (Let me remind you, it is 4 pm.) We say a table is fine, and we will be done in 2 1/2 hours.We are seated two tables away from the group of three. We order, and our meals come out---which were delicious, by the way. BUT THE RESTAURANT REMAINED EMPTY!We were totally stumped as to why we were asked if we had reservations if the place was empty. And it seems as if they didn't have anyone coming in until at least 6:30 pm...2 and a half hours later! And what difference did it make if we had a table or a booth if the entire restaurant was empty except for one other table? Just soooo many questions! It was like being in the Twilight Zone. Weird vibes.Our bill for two people with one alcoholic drink, a burger, and a chicken dish (no desserts) was over $60 (not including the tip).Parking: I would think that if the restaurant became crowded/full, the parking would become an issue, as their lot wasn't that bigWheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp for wheelchair accessibility

I had an amazing dinner here. The seafood risotto almost made my canceled flight worth it! Sally was an outstanding bartender and server—I enjoyed my drinks and the raspberry cheesecake dessert!
My girlfriend and I went there for Valentine's Day dinner. Food was great as always. Service and atmosphere above and beyond. Looking forward to going back.

Went to Four Twelve Project last night for the first time and it was amazing! Good was excellent, service was spot on, and the family had a wonderful time. It meant a lot to me that were able to accommodate my allergy with no problem, and my meal was outstanding. Would HIGHLY recommend for great food, atmosphere, and excellent service.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and my meal was 100% safe from any cross contamination.Kid-friendliness: We had a bunch of little ones at our family dinner who would recommend the delicious Mac and cheese.
