Alittle expensive but it's pretty amazing an well worth it

I cannot believe that I have lived in Pittsburgh for 5+ years and have only just discovered Hyeholde tonight. I and my guests were absolutely blown away! The service, particularly our server, Crow, was nothing less that extraordinary. We had 4 courses, each of which weee outstanding. We appreciated the creative highlighting of local/ seasonal ingredients with excellent flavor balancing and skilled execution. Our perfect evening wrapped up with a visit from the Chef to our table; we were so incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to thank him for the exquisite experience! As someone who loves fine dining, I am thrilled to say that Hyeholde has emerged as a top favorite on my Pittsburgh list. I will absolutely be returning to share this gem with loved ones sooner rather than later! Thank you.

I've been wanting to get to Hyeholde for well over a year and haven't had the time. Last night was the final night of their Haunted Dinner series that included readings from some of the best Spooky writers of all time. The universe spoke; I listened.

They featured readings from Dracula, Frankenstein, The Tell-Tale Heart, Sleepy Hollow, and the grande finale: The Raven. ???

It is the perfect setting for a romantic evening.

The service was great! The food was some of the most diverse, plated lovely and exquisite! I hope to return! Our server was, Michael. The whole time there was fabulous from start to finish.

Pretty awesome place that I'm surprised I haven't heard about before now. Michael provided fantastic service and the food was very elegantly presented with subtle yet distinct flavor combinations. Highly recommend this place and highly recommend the crème brulée.

quality ingredients and classic menu of main sides small plates
Service was not attentive and somewhat choppy
Short ribs del monica pasta were all served lacking proper temperature
Basically served like they were close to room temperature
Not reflecting the assumed quality of preparation and service you would expect of a white table cloth 4 to 5 star establishment
left with the opinion/ feeling we spent $$$$ for a ok not memorable meal

We celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at the Hyeholde Restaurant chef's table and it was phenomenal. I could go on and on about how great it was from beginning to end. Perfect way to celebrate! The food, drinks, and service were all impeccable. I'd recommend letting them pair wine with your meal.
