I cannot believe that I have lived in Pittsburgh for 5+ years and have only just discovered Hyeholde tonight. I and my guests were absolutely blown away! The service, particularly our server, Crow, was nothing less that extraordinary. We had 4 courses, each of which weee outstanding. We appreciated the creative highlighting of local/ seasonal ingredients with excellent flavor balancing and skilled execution. I've been wanting to get to Hyeholde for well over a year and haven't had the time. Last night was the final night of their Haunted Dinner series that included readings from some of the best Spooky writers of all time. The universe spoke; I listened.

They featured readings from Dracula, Frankenstein, The Tell-Tale Heart, Sleepy Hollow, and the grande finale: The Raven. ???
