My wife and myself haven’t been a the restaurant close to a year. She said let’s go to Kentucky fried chicken tonight. I’m like ok it was terrible. Never would go there again Also the bathroom was disgusting they should be turned in.

So I pulled in the parking lot at 9 pm on my way home which it says they are supposed to close at 10:30pm and they were closed at 9pm I just think if your gonna say your open til a certain time then you should be open that is very disappointing

The chicken was about as good as it can be since the recipe is NOT the same. I don't know why they think we can't taste the difference. But the service was good, the food was hot and the employees were working. After eating a food for sooooo many years, when the cook disappears so does the original flavor. I can't do it.

Just left without placing an order for dine in because the manager walked up to the lady taking my order (who was being polite) and started loudly chewing her out. Saying things like “I don’t now why they keep you working here” “I’ve told them you’re a liability to the company” so on and so fourth. She couldn’t have been ruder to the employee and also to the customer (me) standing right in front of her. I just walked out. That manager might want to look in the mirror if she is looking for liabilities.

So they were almost out of extra crispy which is not my complaint. I got the reminded which was all drums, still not a problem. They made up the rest of the 12 piece bucket with…. ONLY DRUM STICKS. ????? They had no biscuits which I didn’t find out until getting to window. They said they would give an extra mashed potatoes and gravy to make up for it. Got home, no extra mashed potatoes or gravy. Green beans only half full. Expected this to last my little family 2 and Half dinners and it barely made it one. What a complete rip off. Never had such a bad experience at a KFC.
Almost forgot, what happened to the famous seasonings and spices??? Didn’t even taste like KFC. Just breading.
Ordered a famous bowl in the drive through and got back to my hotel and I could almost see the bottom. 7 bucks for a scoop of mash potatoes 3 nuggets and some corn. Pathetic

The most horrible customer service. I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes, only to be told when I got to the window, that there was no chicken left. This was at 6:45 Pm. I then asked to talk to the manager & she didn’t come over so I blew my horn a few times & when she did come over, she closed the window on me. I then went inside and suggested that it would have been considerate to send someone out to let me that I should leave as I was wasting my time & would get no chicken.
I have no intention of visiting there again.
I can understand why the other chicken company is doing so well.

Wow, what happened here! So we ordered and paid for 12 peice bucket meal. What we got...8 peice meal. Mashed potatoes were old and chunky. I knew as soon as we opened them, you could clearly see old potatoes on top of fresher ones. I didn't bother to try anything else but 7 year old wouldn't eat the mac n cheese. Don't bother calling. It just goes to recording to enter access code. No access code and it hands up on you. Forget the chat online. They said would put me through to live chat. 30 minutes later it said chat has been ended. Oh okay, thanks for that!! Oh, and the legs looked like wing dings. Guess we will chalk that one up to a learning experience. Never again!

HORRIBLE, and pathetic, chicken was small, shriveled up, not good! Meal didn’t come with biscuits, got duped out of $30! STAY AWAY, haven’t ordered here for at least a year, now we will never be back! 6pc thighs and drums fit in a biscuit box! Tenders were pathetic also!

I haven't been to KFC in years. After eating here, now I remember why. It will be years again if I ever go back. I've had better fried chicken at gas stations. The best part of the meal was the Pepsi.
