The most horrible customer service. I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes, only to be told when I got to the window, that there was no chicken left. This was at 6:45 Pm. I then asked to talk to the manager & she didn’t come over so I blew my horn a few times & when she did come over, she closed the window on me. I then went inside and suggested that it would have been considerate to send someone out to let me that I should leave as I was wasting my time & would get no chicken.
I have no intention of visiting there again.
I can understand why the other chicken company is doing so well.

HORRIBLE, and pathetic, chicken was small, shriveled up, not good! Meal didn’t come with biscuits, got duped out of $30! STAY AWAY, haven’t ordered here for at least a year, now we will never be back! 6pc thighs and drums fit in a biscuit box! Tenders were pathetic also!

KFC went WAY down hill in the past few years. I'm not sure what happened but it went from amazing to mediocre at best. Everything tastes microwaved

Ordered mobile 45 minutes before close and when going to pick up they REFUSED to make the order, girl on the drive thru first asking "Can I take your order?" before immediately back tracking and saying "Um actually we're trying to close is it a pick up?". When confirming it was a pick up she said "Oh we can't make that." and just said to cancel the order and get my money back. This is the second time at this restaurant where it is listed that the restaurant closes at 10:30pm and service was refused 45 minutes to an hour before close. I understand it takes awhile to close down a restaurant but this is unacceptable. Either follow your hours listed or change them.

My son ordered the family meal Eight pieces of chicken and 8 chicken tenders with 2 sides and 4 biscuits. He went to pick it up and when he brought it home and half of the chicken wasn't there. I drove back to the store and asked for the manager. He approached me with an attitude. I told him what happened and he got my tenders and threw them on the counter and went in the back. Never apologized or offered any kind of refund for the mistake. You can't expect your employees to do a care when your management doesnt care. Their customer service dept isn't much better.

Just spent $45. Drove 10 miles home and find that my order was incomplete. Tried to call the number on the receipt and it asked for a pass code and hung up on me. Won't go there again.

Two of us ordered (1) 2pc meal with coupon for $5.99 and (1) #13 grilled chic sand meal. Both ordered as extra crispy as we always order. However it was so extra crispy that you couldn't bite into it so we had to remove most of the coating to eat it without breaking teeth. Tried calling 3 times but just disconnected and unfortunately the girl that took our order a little after 3 pm did not provide me with a receipt. Check your food before you carry it out at this KFC. It used to be our favorite but we will be making sure when we get our next take out. BEWARE Xtra crispy was like concrete.
