I try to stay away from Kip's, but it's irresistible. First off, who doesn't love dogs? From the friendly staff to fresh homemade ice cream Kip's is my go-to for a thick chocolate milkshake or a scoop of almond yogurt ice cream on a sugar cone.

They also have a super cool dog theme for store and are always busy after a kids sporting event.

Ice Cream is good but witnessed terrible treatment to the employee. Owner should be ashamed. The girls treated the other just horrible. I will not go back there.

Wow! Best ice cream I've had in years. Black Raspberry, you have to try it! Person helping me was friendly and recommended items that were "special." Ate my ice cream in my car, can honestly say I made sure not a spoonful was left!!

Parking: they are in a strip mall, so they don't really control the parking lot itself, but plenty of parking. Although we got there around 9pm, most of the other businesses were already closed, leaving plenty of spots
