I came here for the first time with some former RMU students, and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Zoe, who helped me, was so sweet (no pun intended) and patient in answering my questions.Good ice cream, great staff, great environment!!! I'll be back again.

I've purchased pints of ice cream a few times at Kip's. The chocolate turtle is great. However, today it was disgusting. While eating my ice cream I wanted to catch the caramel dripping down from the spoon only to discover that I had licked a long caramel covered hair ?which was packed into the ice cream. I wish there was an ice cream shop that didn't serve hairy ice cream ☹️Update:I spoke with the manager and told her about the hair in my ice cream. She didn't hesitate to resolve the issue. ?

My wife enjoyed the mint chocolate chip ice cream even though she would have preferred moose tracks ice cream. I had a strawberry banana smoothie which was pretty good.

I visited Kip’s today and received horrible customer service. The young man at the counter presented with a foul attitude. However, I did enjoy the ice cream. I hope to have a better experience when if I visit Moon again.
