I tried Patrick’s about a month ago, after not patronizing them for years. Everything was great. I tied them again recently and was placed on hold for 12 minutes, before I disconnected the call. I called a second time and was on hold for 6 minutes before I disconnected the call, again. I then ordered China City. They don’t have banger and mash but they do answer the phone . I would not attempt to order from Patrick’s again.
I haven’t been here in years(I grew up in Moon Township). We don’t eat out much. On a positive note, the atmosphere was great. The expansion was nicely done. It was kid friendly and I had my children there. My husband and I got the pulled pork nachos which are moderately priced. The pulled pork was insanely dry…we had to ask for BBQ sauce to try and make it edible. The cheese was hard and stuck to only the top layer of the chips. I could pick up half of the...
