Everytime I would order they would have to call me.back about a card number they got wrong they dont use computers so you have to tell them your phone & address repeatedly dude spend some $ & update your store wouldn't recommend horrible customer service

Prior to tonight, overall, we have had fairly good experiences here. There have been a few food mishaps over time, but nothing too bad.I ordered a 4 cut buffalo chicken pizza and a Alfredo pasta at around 6:30pm for delivery. The time given for delivery was 8:00pm. I figured that was not a bad window for a Friday night.8pm rolled around and I waited 30 minutes before calling to inquire about our food, so 8:30pm. I was told that it was "out for delivery", so we waited another 45 minutes before calling again, so be told the same thing.Waited another 10 minutes, before the manager calls back to tell me my food was delivered, because his driver said so. The manager then put the driver on the phone where he proceeded to tell me he delivered my food, but that we wouldn't answer the door, and that my Ring doorbell didn't work(we checked and it works just fine). He proceeded to tell me that instead he just left the food on the stairs to my house(there was no food there).The manager then got back on the phone where I was made to feel that after being called a liar by his delivery driver, that it was somehow my fault that my food was "delivered" to the wrong address(delivered is in quotes, because wherever the food was left, the right thing to do is not to just leave the food on the ground near the house).We were offered to have it remade, or credited to my account.Up until tonight we were repeat customers who always tipped the drivers well, but after the treatment from the manager and his driver, I do not think we will be back.

I had a bad feeling I should’ve cancelled the second I got my total repeated back to me. You guys make good pizza but charging $24 for basically a one topping pizza is crazy. I ordered jalapeños but also blue cheese crumbles instead of extra cheese— if you were gonna up charge then fine but atleast put enough crumbles on the pie to make it worth it! Too many other options to be stingy with toppings if you couldn’t honor the request then just say no…
If I could give this establishment a -10, I would I ordered a pizza and the lady on the phone messed up my order and the gentleman that brought my money back was very rude and disrespectful. The lady on the phone there’s a language barrier I was not happy with my service and the way I was treated so I will never order from this pizza place ever ever again beware of this man and he drives a red car. He’s very nasty.

Understand pizza is a popular choice for dinner on a Friday…. Don’t say a pick up order will be ready in 25-30 and then have it take 50 minutes. I was charged when I entered the building, and after I received the food after waiting and waiting. Instead of refunding me I have to dispute it with my bank. Will continue going to the many other pizza places in moon.
