I specifically asked for ranch when I ordered the house rolls and they purposefully gave me marinara sauce instead not to mention I waited and hour and a half for my delivery and the guy didn’t even come with a pen the manager mentioned “next time I’ll put 2 ranches in the box” but the principal is what happens if I was allergic to tomato’s? And there will not be a next time I will be ordering because there’s plenty of places that will get your order right the first time and won’t take over an hour to bring it and the place is only 7 minutes away.

Tried this place for the first time and ordered the $17 Buffalo chicken salad... i ordered it w honey mustard (wish it was homemade dressing and not a plastic packet situation) but still thought the chicken would be dipped in buffalo, it didn't appear so. Regardless, chicken was fresh and cut into bite size pieces, which I like. Also liked that the French fries were round and not the normal fry. The restaurant also added my request of onions yay.

We order here all the time as it’s close to my house. This time though after getting the food my fried mushrooms were burnt my fries were soggy and undercooked and my gyro was cold. I took the food back and told them my concerns and showed them only to be yelled at by the guy pretty much saying it’s my fault. Finally they only remade my mushrooms. After taking them home they were still frozen in the middle. So my wife them took them back again, and they kept telling her there was nothing they could do about it. But finally remade the mushrooms a second time only to be burnt again. I tried to get a refund on Alice but they told me they can’t issue a refund because the store has to okay the refund first. 50$ wasted.

Pizza de ripoff. I ordered an Italian hoagie for pickup on Thursday. When I went to pay the bill was $17.10. I thought I was getting a filet sub for that much. I got home and opened it up and the sub consisted of two pieces of ham and six small pieces of pepperoni. I’ll never go back.

I ordered bread sticks, onion rings, Caesar salad, and wing dings from this pizzeria, and everything was absolutely delicious! The bread sticks were warm and fluffy, the onion rings crispy and golden, the Caesar salad fresh with a great dressing, and the wing dings were perfectly seasoned and juicy. Great flavors, fast service. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Fantastic experience at PIZZA DECASA! The Pepperoni Pizza was a revelation and truly delicious with great flavor. Their pasta was also top-notch with red sauce, clearly made with quality ingredients, and I can tell they use tender, flavorful meats across their menu. I've used their Family Special coupon a lot of times, which is definitely worth the money!

Ordered a cheese Sicilian tonight for delivery to try some place new. I had never known this place existed. The driver arrived maybe 5-7 minutes past the delivery window given on the website. He apologized and gave me a free 2 liter as a way to make up for it. I told him that it was completely unnecessary but took it and thanked him. The pizza was delicious and comes with these ranch cups. Top quality ranch. I didn't even noticed he was running late, but the friendly service makes me want to try more of the menu.

Food has not been the same. Also they overcharge!!!! The customer service is horrible. My total for over the same thing we’ve been ordering was $28 plus tip they always charge an additional 15 $20 which makes no sense. And the food is always wrong
If they get your order wrong, that’s your fault not there’s. They’re very insulting and they like to disrespect when they speak they have no respect for their customers
We are God-fearing people and you people have no right to treat people the way you do Not that it matters to you, but we will never eat or order from here again
