First time stopping into Snappy's, but we came in for the variety of ciders advertised online.
The decor is great, simple green and wood tones to reflect the *turtle* nature of the name and logo. There was some overlying smell today that I couldn't place, almost like the mop water needed changed, but it is a bar and very well could have been a mat that needed swapped out so I give that a pass.
Ciders were great, you can try a flight of 4 to help try several at once. My favorite was the harvest spice, a fall cinnamon/pumpkin tone flavor. My husband liked Canadian Logger, which was my second choice pick with maple and vanilla undertones.
Food was decent, we ordered off the brunch menu. Avocado toast and a breakfast sandwich. I enjoyed my toast but the sandwich was underseasoned and needed something to cut through the grease, maybe tomato? Watch out for them, though! I predict this place will be 🔥 once the chef finds their groove!!!! Will be back again!

They make all their own cider, which was very good!! Good variety of drier ones and sweeter ones. We got the truffle fries which were awesome. They have a good variety of local beer on tap too!

Enjoyed the beer and the beer slinger was spot on. Sitting in the window enjoying a great beer watching the world stroll by is golden.

I felt extremely uncomfortable here. I went in to sit down and eat food and a group of 50 yr Olds came in drunk and this husband and wife came right over and started touching me. Saying how how my food looked really good and telling me I'm pretty and the husband kept putting his arms around. The bartender saw I was uncomfortable but didn't do anything. They kept going at it for about 5-10 minutes and finally left me alone. I asked one of the bartenders to just stand outside so I felt like I can walk to my car safely and he said yes, he did not do that. My experience here was terrible. Never coming here again. If you're in the younger crowd , this place isn't the vibe. It's literally just a bunch of drunk 50 yr Olds.

Across the street from where my family business once was(est 1923), I can’t put into words how amazing and the pride I feel walking into Snappy’s keeping Mill Street memories alive and strong. This restaurant/bar is innovative and crisp. It represents how Coraopolis is becoming more and more a destination every day, and I would recommend this place for anyone who craves fantastic food and drinks. It’s relaxing and clean with a wonderful ownership, chef and staff. Can’t wait to come back!!!
I really liked their cider and space! I was a little disappointed with the food, they were out of a lot of items, which happens. But we had drove 45 minutes because I had seen some previous reviews about really good gluten-free options. But the night that I was there, the only thing they could make gluten-free was the salad which was pretty disappointing. So I ended up just getting a burger without a bun and it was ok.

Atmosphere was cool."Chef Dave" has a lot to learn about customer service. I will not go back and they did not make us feel welcome at all. The behavior of my daughter was noted what does that mean she has social anxiety!!!!!!! you just accuse her of being on drugs!!!!!!!! You really embarrassed her. Her and I were sitting there having a mother-daughter talk . . We came there because we wouldn't have a nice meal cuz her boyfriend works there and you just embarrassed us . How dare you!!!!!! As for food I came there for fish and chef Dave was not accommodating. He said I have salmon I said well can I get a salmon for $15 the same price as a fish sandwich no no no can't do it. And why would I want to pay you after you choose my daughter of being on drugs. And the sous chef greeted us cuz that's her boyfriend. Dude you better freaking watch cuz you never know what somebody's going through You're going to offend the wrong person with a disability and you're going to get sued
