I am from out of town so I don’t frequent the area much. Due to the mixed reviews I was hesitant to wait and order here vs going to a Starbucks before arriving at the airport. I was pleasantly surprised that my drink came relatively quickly (I used the mobile app to order) and that it was accurate. Staff seemed busy but were still polite. I did not order any food.

But the fact of eliminating the tables and chairs gives the impression (well, maybe it's a fact) that Starbucks has become an utterly expensive walk-through place to just grab a drink and leave. How these prices can be longer justified when the experience is so lacking? This location opens at 5:00 am but only has one person staffed. Due to this, they only take mobile orders. If you are standing in line waiting for the gate to go up, start placing your order!
