Great little spot me and my girls love breakfast and the Tacos were amazing eggs were cooked fluffy and perfect. The potatoes were a hit my 6 year old was shoving them in her mouth.

Was exited to try tootsies only to be disappointed we waited an hour to be served part of our food and had no utensils to eat it with not even a spoon for cream or sugar had I wanted to put in my coffee then the owner got upset when we decided to walk out she asked what the problem was so I told her the order was incomplete her reply was we were bringing it and if that was the case I would have been OK but rather than bring the rest of our food the waitress started taking another tables order I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

My wife and I have been to Tootsie's a few times and they were good experiences. I would say the food quality matches expectation and price. It has a classic diner feel. So, regardless of the negative part of this review, I'd say give them a shot. That said, the service on this day was poor and the food was not worth the wait. Maybe they were just having an off day, but they were accepting take out orders by phone to such an extent that we - and every other table (all were full) - waited at least an hour while watching people walk in and leave with bagged food. And by waited, I mean, our orders weren't taken for over an hour. We just sat there and stared at other frustrated customers nursing their coffees. I'm not suggesting to stop all take out orders, but the message that day was that the folks sitting there in the flesh were less important than phone orders. It'd be unfair to not mention that they did warn us that they were hammered by phone orders when we were seated. I could understand if they took the calls during a slow moment right before getting slammed, but they kept taking and filling these orders after we and others had been seated.

I was looking for a place for breakfast that was not a chain and I’m glad I found Tootsie’s. It’s not fancy but very comfortable. The corned beef hash and scrambled eggs were delicious. Most of the patrons were families. I spoke with a couple people and they were very friendly. I also talked with the owner who couldn’t have been nicer. The waiter was a college student who took good care of each table. I highly recommend a visit when you’re in the area.

Small place that smells like a burnt deep fryer. Was pleasantly greeted by a nice waitress that told us she had a “big” party waiting for their food (6 people) so we sat and waited. In the 30 minutes we waited and I had nothing to do but watch the cook (female) use no gloves, put her glasses on and off her eyes into her no hat or hair netted hair and was very rude and tried to argue when we decided to leave after 35 minutes of still waiting to have our order taken. I gladly paid for our hot tea. I smell like a fryer still and am happy we decided to leave.

#Tootsiesdiner ordered take out, eggs supposed to be over medium and they were rock hard, toast was barely warm bread and corned beef is like rubber! Guess they don't care about take out orders because we've eaten there and is usually good. SMH!

They were closed. Someone left on their mobile ordering. Placed and order took my money and now I’m out money and no one to refund me. Because their mobile ordering is left on the program they use sees it as their open.Pretty disappointing.

Tootsies was awesome. They were very busy but I still got excellent service. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The chicken and waffles had a unique twist with apples and cinnamon. I can’t tell you which I liked more Dennys French toast or chicken and waffles.
