Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.

we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…
Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
Went to WS for the 1st time today. On Hwy 96 in Bonaire Ga. Soon as I walked in the lady n the back was rude saying your time said blah blah. I was just telling them my name. Then waited past time for the food. To start ..the drink station all sodas were flat. Next get home wings are cold barely any Sauce on them, way undercooked and no flavor. I mean not a drop of flavor on any wing. This might be the worst food I have eaten in a very long time! I can say I will Nvr be back very disappointing especially after dropping $35.00.
Spoke to them via the phone THREE TIMES about an order they refused to update, so then I added a second order (overall $60+) - when I arrived, they had handed the order to a delivery driver and had no resolution.
Worst customer service & order was super late from the anticipated time. No apology or anything after submitting feedback on their website. Will not frequent any WingStop again at any location.
placed an app order at 545 for a 745 pickup, got there no order and asked them to refund my money, they refused, kept putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. The Westnedge wingstop is trash and the worst customer service. foreigners that barely speak English and had no idea of conflict resolution! they will not get my money ever again!
Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.

The WORST first impression ever!! We went there tonight and it was a major flop. We waited for 45 mins only to come out with no food and I have to go back tomorrow to get my refund! Disaster!!!

was told 20 minuets. it took 50 minutes. there were only two employees working. This is horrible service and unfair to the two employees that were working. The workers were pleasant, though.
What a terrible experience trying to order from you today. 11/10/2024 Ordered online through the Wing Stop website. The order was picked up and driver tracking showed that the driver brought my order almost to my house, then turned around and drove 15 minutes away to in front of a downtown bar (on Beale Street in Memphis). The driver stayed in front of the bar for another 20 minutes, then drove back to my address. The driver then gave me a completely different order and told me that he did not speak English (in Spanish). I tried to speak to him in Spanish (I know a very little) and he looked panicked and floored it and drove away, leaving me with someone else's order (which was cold and soggy). 5 minutes later, I got a text notification that he reported that he successfully delivered my food. What a pal! I called the Wing Stop location (Union Street in Memphis) to speak with an employee, and they told me that Wing Stop does not issue any refunds and that Wing Stop's website utilizes DoorDash to fulfill all orders. If I wanted a refund, I would have to speak with DoorDash (note: I ordered directly through the Wing Stop website and do not have a DoorDash account). I contacted DoorDash, and was put on hold for quite some time before being told that they would request a refund from Wing Stop and that they would send a notification, which of course never came. I guess the next step is to just dispute the charge with my Credit Card company as neighter company here wants to own up to their failures. 0/5 experience. Complete failure in every way. My once a year trying to get take out from a chain was what I should have expected.
