I went in this afternoon to get lunch and waited for over 10 minutes while an older lady behind the counter was extremely rude to her coworkers and a customer that got there before me, needless to say I went elsewhere

Conjested parking as they share a building with a convience store/gas station. Other than that food was fresh as described and filled 4 of us up will more than likely stop again if we're in the area and hungry for something quick.

I go through the drive through so it will be quicker! Not so! When I have to pull forward and wait for someone to bring it out to me, I am not happy! One of two things will happen IF I ever stop at that Arby's again. I may decide to visit some other establishment or I will sit at the window until my order is handed to me!

A great place to stay just off I 90 in Erie Pennsylvania. I was very impressed with this place. Service was great staff were amazing. The room was very clean. Breakfast and coffee was free and tasty. I give this place 5 stars.

Ppl coming in left and.right complaining about their order. One guy doing most of work. He's yelling for a Jake who is out back outside taking a break. The oldest worker is giving Jake hell. Jake comes in acts aggravated, I ordered a small fry, and he was mumbling under his breath. Then said " what kind?" I said regular " he said you want curly or french" I said" I don't want curly" he mumbles more. Another customer comes in missing food from drive thru. My fries in a bag are tossed on counter and not a word to me. I walked up, looked in bag and said is this mine, guy says yeah and walks away. I said thanks for letting me know. We just came from a fall fest and my granddaughter wanted fries. I should have went to mcds up the road. Do you not train ppl anymore? Just take the money..this is why we stopped visiting you before.
