Extremely busy. Staff slicing pizzas were not paying attention to which orders had been paid for. We had to wait longer for ours because it was put in the case to stay warm after I paid for it. The staff did seem to be trying to keep up with the high number of orders they were receiving though. Just had to be a little patient. They did forget the parmesan topping. Which I paid for and wanted.

Never ready until 5:16. I don't care if it was super bowl .I ordered it for 5 and should get 5:05 the latest like it said.
Probably cooking other people's pizza before mine..even after they called it in or walked in after mine was called at 12:30
