Sitting here I had an employee check on me 2 times bring my food to me and she just said. “Do you need anything before I leave for the day”. As she’s already clocked out and walking out the door. Hard to find service like this anymore. Especially fast food. Keep up the great work.
I prefer to use the app whenever I order, because I am able to clearly select what I want and what I don’t want. For the most part, I get what I order but as of recently on most of my sandwiches, I am not getting what I ordered. Since I go through the drive-through, I don’t open my food until I get home, so I’m kind of stuck with whatever I have. Union city mcdonalds usually sucks. The food usually takes forever. It's usually stale and nasty but today it was amazing. It was on TIME and my order was CORRECT AND YUMMY SO THANK YOU FOR THE YOUNG GENTLEMEN WHO WORKED TODAY☺️
