I'm from New York but close enough to make the drive. Nobody in my local area really knows how to make pizza anymore. I stumbled on this pizza hut about a year and will now only come here to get pizza. We have both dined and order to go. I've only ever been unsatisfied once but they were really apologetic and did everything to make their wrong right.
Our pasta was cold again! Server never checked back…. Was busy when I told her about the pasta at check out she was full of excuses… just tell your cook! I’m not looking for a free meal just fix the problem. Was there last week and same issue!!! All servers need a class on cleaning up spills 101…. A large stack of napkins crazy, you don’t have a small container with water and a cloth????
Went there on a Friday around 6:30 -7 dine in waitress was quick to take our order but we had to wait another 15 minutes to get our drinks there were only 2 tables of 2 in the place with us after another hour wait we got our food and the pizza was wrong the waitress couldn’t tell the difference between stuffed crust and hand toss ? our bread stick came out cut into 4 instead of 5 no Biggs but they came out with the stuffed crust they had to for us ugh what happened to this place...
