The low rating for service is simple, I was told that I can't place my order at the counter anymore and we are doing away with cash payment. So you go to the kiosk and fumble your way through ordering it, go set down and wait for your name to be called and it's just sitting on the counter with no interaction with any employee. Will not return.

Last 3 times went through drive thru, first time didn’t get all my food, second time ordered the Mexican pizza they didn’t put all the toppings on like the tomatoes. Today 3 strikes you’re out. Ordered Supreme Tacos, get back to work to eat and received 3 hard shells with meat and cheese only. Do not recommend this location. Not sure if improperly trained or short staff not paying attention. But paid over 14 dollars for a little meat and cheese on a hard shell with a soda and small order of fries. Not worth it if you never get what you order.

While visiting in town I stop here. The service is absolutely amazing. Like I'm a out of towner. The people here have a friendly welcome home what do u want for dinner type of atmosphere extremely Great. I got the 9 doller box normally i would take pics of my food but it was so good nice hit nd fresh I couldn't stop to pick my phone up. The manager said the truck came in so I went all the way out there to go get a Drink that is a limited time And something to eat I get there and they say the truck has it came in so I wasted my time driving all the way out there cause of a manager that doesn’t do her job I know I won’t be returning her worst service ever
Drive through woman was extremely rude and kept trying to argue with us. The first thing she asked was, “do you have a mobile order?” We said yes and said we also needed to place another order. She got our code, confirmed our name, then only gave us the non mobile order. When we asked about the mobile order, the woman started going off about how we were supposed to tell her because how would she know! We told her we did at the very beginning when she asked if we had a mobile order and we said yes. She then continued going off at us and got very rude and condescending when we stopped replying so she would just shut up and give us our food. Being belittled because she didn’t listen when she asked a question was crazy! There was just no reason to be so rude over a misunderstanding. Then my potatoes were overcooked and soggy anyways.

Food had had no flavor. 1 side of quesadilla had no meat. Employees all hang out on side door smoking when we pulled in and when we left. My stomach hurts and not that I’m thinking about it, maybe the odd flavor is that it wasn’t cooked enough bc they were in a hurry to go back and socialize. The flavor of the tacos and chalupas didn’t not taste like all the other Taco Bell’s I’ve ate at. And I have ate at a lot of them bc we travel for work.
