I love going to Tim Hortons. I live close to Corry, PA, and their service has always been very good with smiley faces. I think they are under staffed because it's hard to find good help these days. But even short handed they strive to get your food out in a prompt time. And their apple fritters are the best anywhere.

Poor customer service stood in line for 10 minutes with no service and then as me and another gentleman walk out the so-called manager Jackie comes outside and talks to a gentleman about shoving her sidewalk said sir you don’t need to do that, but yet she couldn’t take five seconds to take mine and another Gentleman’s order They really better management

They were cussing at customers. They sold a woman some chili. She asked for a spoon they didn't have any. Then the employee continued to cuss and called out of her name, because she asked to speak to the manager. Very nasty and mean employees to their customers. So so sad!! All the questions below in this review I cannot answer as I left the store so disgusted.

Sooooooo slooooowwwwwww Why have the option for a pick up time on the app if you're not going to start the order until I get there??? Also, you really need more workers. There's only ever one working on counter orders so everyone has to wait, patiently, in line.

Went there and wanted a breakfast sandwich and was told they were out of eggs and would be out of eggs for the season! What season?! Girl who took our order just walked away from the counter while we were ordering. Will definitely avoid going here again.
