There was a problem with a recent order of mine, and I brought it to the manager's attention. She was prompt to help rectify the situation and make things right. Great customer service and management goes a long way. 🙂

I will never be going back. Save yourself the headache and just go to Dunkin’, seriously. I used to go 5 times a week but I will not support this sad establishment further. Rather than owning their mistakes I was told they don’t care they messed up and I will never be reimbursed further despite their repeated incompetence. They don’t care about you. Just your money. Soulless, usually absurdly slow, service most of the time with a 50% chance your food and drink is inconsistent from day to day. Hope this helps.

I drive past Corry Tim Hortons to go to work, and so I stop 1-2 times a week, and unfortunately every time it's at least 10 minutes often times 20-25 minutes wait. And it's not just in line. You sometimes wait 15 minutes in ONE SPOT between ordering and the window. It's been a year of driving through with this poor service. The poor workers seem so stressed when you get your food they aren't even polite. And if you decide to go in instead of drive thru, it's actually worse, because they literally ignore you, no apologies, nothing. Hopefully management can figure out how to do better. It's been like this for way too long.

Came in for breakfast and ordered my meal, which was very good, and always carry my coffee mug in wherever I stop to eat. Only question is why will they not fill my mug? They will give me a large coffee in a cup, which I hate those things, and I can pour it over into my mug myself. Sounds like a waste of a coffee cup. It's not so bad if I come in, but driving through its a pain to have to pour it in my mug while behind the wheel. Not driving of course, but Geez! Just fill my mug, pease!

I love going to Tim Hortons. I live close to Corry, PA, and their service has always been very good with smiley faces. I think they are under staffed because it's hard to find good help these days. But even short handed they strive to get your food out in a prompt time. And their apple fritters are the best anywhere.
