I mean it’s in Corry, what’s to expect? Staff is rough, they take FOREVER whether it’s morning, lunch or dinner. Not a sense of urgency and care in the world to the lines out the drive thru or inside. Food and drinks have always been consistent, they do tend to be out of ingredients for a lot of specialty drinks and what not.
Went in today and they were out of scrambled eggs, muffins... Had to choose items I didn't really want because they were out of the items I wanted. But o boy do I love the matcha with cold foam. Amazing.
There was a problem with a recent order of mine, and I brought it to the manager's attention. She was prompt to help rectify the situation and make things right. Great customer service and management goes a long way. 🙂
