absolutely poor service ordered a pizza at 4:37 went to pickup at 5:12 as it said 5:11 pickup. Pizza hadn't even been made yet.
I ended up cancelling it.

I LOVE their pizza so much! I understand people get frustrated about how long it takes but honestly it’s all worth the wait! That they are understaffed and still serve many people a day is amazing. People need to have more understanding for small businesses in these times. I have not seen the owner in a while but I love how straight forward she is and her quick responses on some of the reviews! If you don’t like there stuff than move along and don’t waste your energy writing a bad review

Great food and friendly staff! We had a pepperoni pizza and the garlic knots with cheese! Both were very delicious! The cheese on the garlic knots was nicely melted and stringy! I would recommend getting them!

Order #41 placed at 630. Delivery time given 730. Arrived closer to 745. Apparently I needed to make my sub halfway myself. It wasn't heated as asked and instead of actually putting the dressing I asked for on it, they sent cups:1 of what I had asked for and oil that I did NOT. Garlic knots. Delicious but the sauce proudly claiming that it was hot and fresh on the canister was fresh from a can (years in the industry, I know better)and heated. Not even a little doctoring. I can get better from SoFo. In the past month I have eaten in once (pizza)-excellent. Picked up once (pizza)okay. I thought I could trust them. Apparently not and of course when I called - closed because they close shortly after the delivery finally showed up. I could definitely do better myself

Ordered 2 strombolis weeks apart. Each time the meat tasted spoiled and smelled terrible. I thought I was imagining things until I started eating it and it was awful.

I'm in the area for work and restaurant was highly recommended to me. I ordered delivery and when my delivery was delayed, I received a call to inform me of the delay. I appreciated that. White pizza and mozzarella wedges were worth the wait!!

We have gotten tired of Fox’s and wanted something different. Well worth venturing off the path. We ordered the chicken Alfredo, salad, Stromboli, mild wings, and pepperoni pizza. My daughter gave the thumbs up on the Alfredo and salad. The Stromboli was perfect and huge. The wings were juicy and marinated in the sauce thoroughly. The pizza was great with a well balanced sauce and dough was perfect. Will definitely be making the trip from Shinglehouse more often.
